Talk about a terrible company to deal with!…read more Here is our nightmare in dealing with Light Speed: My boyfriend's car had two flat tires and was supposed to be towed from our apartment to the local Hyundai dealership for repairs. Over 6+ hours after the car was towed we still had not heard from the dealership or the towing company. We called the dealership to check in and they said that they did not receive our car. Um what? We then called Light Speed to inquire about where the car was. A snippy receptionist informed us that the car was still on the back of the tow truck and that the tow truck had "broken down somewhere." Concerned that nobody at the tow company thought this was information we as a client should know, we asked for the location of our vehicle. The receptionist said she didn't know but that we could call the tow truck driver (to which my boyfriend remarked "Isn't that your job"). CLICK! Yes, the receptionist HUNG UP ON US! Sadly, it doesn't end there. Not even five minutes after we were hung up on, the manager at Light Speed called us back to verbally assault my boyfriend claiming that he "cussed out his receptionist." Both of us were in complete shock that this man had the audacity to accuse a CUSTOMER of harassing his receptionist. The manager also went on to say "I do not care about your $20k car when my $80k truck is broken down." Concerned for the wellbeing of our car we called back Hyundai Assistance to explain our situation and urge them not to do business with Light Speed. Hyundai sent out a different towing company and within an hour our car was safely at the Hyundai dealership. Absolutely unreal. I wish there were an island somewhere where we could put scumbags like this. Oh, and the receptionist needs a swift kick in the tush to sort out that attitude problem of hers. It's Sunday the day after Christmas and this tow truck driver had a nerve to say that the property manager called his boss and told him the car was there, um it's Sunday at 18:20 hrs, and the property manager lives nowhere near here. So with no clearly marked signage the tow truck driver made my roommate pay $130 on a Sunday night in the complex we reside in this is extortion and @jrk property management should repay this fee. No Limit Towing is basically allowed to come steal cars and demand extortion fee's. This is ludicrous!

The representative I spoke with said I should call back around 7:00 p.m. I tried about 20 minutes early and was connected to the company's voice mail. I called back at 7:00 pm...and 7:05... and 7:10. I was ghosted by 1(a)st priority. Can't speak to the quality of service because I never got any. If you're stranded and need help on a Sunday afternoon, don't call Last Priority.

My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff. After an extremely stressful day dealing with Geico (yikes...) and 2 previous tow companies who basically ditched me in a local garage in below freezing temps these guys came to my rescue with the most positive attitude and extremely fast service. Just want to say a quick thank you to the gentleman that towed my car from the Lowell garage today. He was very professional and extremely kind and re-assured me my vehicle would make it safely to its destination. Thanks for the awesome service. I worked with tow business before, but only through card payment to the actual company. Then I called his boss and he got mad, the boss didn't even pick up the phone. The driver got mad and now he started to say cash only this is even more sketchy. This is not how business should be run.
