We had a good experience in the sleep lab buying our VERY expensive Temperpedic king mattress. Comes delivery day and we get a call that they cannot deliver the mattress because it was in the truck all night and it FROZE - thus being unable to fold it in half to bring it in without breaking it. Are you kidding me? What "reputable" mattress mover leaves an item susceptible to freezing in an unheated truck in an area where overnight temperatures are often below freezing? And even if it does freeze, well just ship us another one! You're big enough to be able to do that. Nope, had to be that mattress and we have to wait till it thaws. Almost comical had we not been so inconvenienced.
