It wasn't going to be a big job, only about 56' of ornamental fencing and Penn Fencing scheduled our Estimator, Charlie to visit a few days after calling them in early March. We received the Estimate a few days later and the pricing was comparable to the other quotes we gathered. Penn Fencing came recommended to us by 3WS's Johnny Hartwell and we went with his advice and selected them for the work. It has only taken five (5) weeks for the materials to arrive and the install to be scheduled. Kevin and his two (2) man crew arrived promptly at 8:30am, to do the work and they were finished in about 90 minutes. No mess, no inconvenience, and they disposed of our old fencing for us. The fence looks great! I did have to go back and tighten a few screws, but it wasn't a big deal. We are very pleased with the job they did and would recommend them for your project.

My experience is that he and his employees do not have respect for the personal property of others. Multiple times I have complained about himself and his employees accessing my property as a convenience. Over the years he has "accidentally" cut down and run over bushes in my yard. Bushes that are 4 feet from the property line. Most recently I dealt with them dropping a neighbor's tree in my yard on a row of bushes. I was not even offered an apology and if I hadn't come home from lunch to see the damage when I was there I wouldn't have known who did the work. When I approached him to complain I was told that I needed to sue the property owner. If you want your neighbors to hate you, hire Brian and his landscaping company.
