My mother & grandmother tried to ask questions and seek assistance with some clothing items & were rudely dismissed. Workers also didn't allow us to use our homeowners discount, despite showing proof. Highly discourage anyone from shopping here, I'd recommend trying Island Breeze or J. Huffman both in Sunset Beach and both are highly skilled in customer service and satisfaction.

Loretta and other staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and replaced the batteries while I waited. I went back a couple days later to pick up the watch that needed the capacitor. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked in the door. I walked around looking at all the cases and still was not acknowledged. I saw some lovely pieces I was interested in. Waited for acknowledgment- I was acknowledged when I walked out the door. Too bad I could have dropped a couple thousand dollars. I guess I get to save my money! Such a disappointment. I was appropriately dressed and well groomed so I don't get it maybe it was my older age! Anyway would not recommend!
