I give this location two stars because of how overwhelming the experience can be inside. I never go…read morein just to browse anymore because from the second i walk in to the second i walk out, a sales associate is hounding me. I'm not the type of person who asks for a second opinion when I shop and I like to move quickly. It's almost comical because if I even touch something, I hear in the background: "Oh that looks so great on" "I love to wear that paired with jeans and a cute belt" "Have you seen that in our other colors?" Cool, and no I haven't, but I will eventually if you let me live. Once you're in the dressing room you're really trapped. Behind the curtain the associate is playing twenty questions and if you dare say you didn't love it, she's bringing you more clothes she thinks you should try on. I get it though - i should be grateful that the store associates are super attentive and sociable - but let me breathe for a second. Let me browse uninterrupted. Let's mutually understand that I'm not going to buy the pants because they looked amazing on your friend. If I wanted it in navy I would have grabbed it in navy. The store is tiny, if I need something, i promise I'll find you. God bless.

I had to return/exchange 4 items I bought online recently. It took foreverrrr (their wifi was acting up), so the process took 30 min for the woman ahead of me (also returning online orders) and 30 min for me. But, honestly, by the end of the whole thing, I had walked around the store, found another pair of jeans I wanted, and practically made friends with the awesome saleswoman (shout-out to Dani!). The staff has a great energy, and they seem happy working together. Everything in this store is well organized in the women's section (disclosure, I didn't make it upstairs to the men's section). Lucky is pricey, but the denim is high quality. You get what you pay for. They also have a nice selection of tops, jackets, jewelry, and shoes. And so many sales! Always hit up the store-wide sales as well as their sales racks. I once got a pair of $115 jeans off the sale rack for $25. Their denim lasts years and doesn't stretch out. Thanks, Lucky!
