No pressure to buy expensive coins, provided guidance on collecting in general, and didn't rush us at all. The owner was also there, and as we had pricing questions on some specific coins, he was thoroughly available and helpful to educate us on how the pricing changes between key dates and condition. My son left happy with a starter pack, and I was able to find reasonably priced key dates to finish out my Washington quarters. I recommend O'connell's and will be back again. -Stephen

Both units were giving error codes and the repair process should have been fairly straightforward. After over two months and numerous phone calls during which I was either hung up on or given the runaround, I finally had to get in my car and drive FOUR hours to reclaim my merchandise. When I arrived, the staff was rude and hostile, and demanded that I pay $130 to get my items back. Having no choice, I forked over the $130, and now that I am home I cannot even get either unit to power on. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I gave them the phone on a Wednesday and the phone still wasn't ready on Friday no one called me for any updates or anything I had to call them just for them to say it still wasn't ready. I came in to see what the phone was looking like it still wasn't fixed they had my tab at 240 my thing is why not have a price in the store of how much something is going to cost instead you all want to wait until its fixed or what not you don't know what people pockets are looking like .so after that I came in I told him he could keep the phone and could he just give me my $50 back he said no and after I told him I had to leave for my flight he said you didn't tell me you had to go anywhere why would I have to tell you if you said it'll be done in 24 hours . his attitude is nasty asf and on other reviews he's known for having pieces missing off of anything he fix just so you can come back and spend more money if I could give 0 stars for this business I would .
