Not only did Chip arrive under 30 minutes, he checked in regularly to make sure I knew that he was on his way. He also made sure that I was safe each time that I spoke to him. Once there, he had the car loaded and on its way to the repair shop in only a few minutes. Chip then called me later to make sure that I knew the car had arrived ant the repair shop and also to make sure that I didn't need any further assistance.
