FYI, for those of you out there buying a home, an inspector cannot see whats underneath the floor, so everything passed inspection! Just wondering what we find next?! Not only is it the kitchen sub-floor, but it's the upstairs patio sub-floor as well... in which, our dining room is under that, so God forbid the ceiling falls in! We are not sure how we will proceed in knowing all this... Our cost will be significant! We will fix it correctly, because we love this house and its location!
