We made the appointment for the installation, and their office manager (Michelle) called before the promised date to ask if they could start earlier which was fantastic. The installation crew showed up at the expected time and got to work. They did an excellent job, left no trash behind, and made sure we were completely satisfied. They were very respectful of our property and took the time to completely explain how the system worked. You couldn't have asked for a better experience from a company. Technician suggested that it might be more cost efficient in the long run to replace system. We decided to do this. Michelle, the office manager kept us up to date on the financing, warranty and installation. Team showed up and installed the unit, including increasing size of ductwork to meet specs (at no extra charge), in about 5 hours. They were friendly, courteous and kept us informed of their progress. Although the unit is expensive, it seems to be a very good deal when the full 10 year warranty and no interest financing is considered. Let 3 messages last week to ask a question and no return. Today paid them $208 for a line modification and since they were not able to fix the outside unit asked to check the attack and although I asked them to be careful, one of their young employee was not careful and had his feet through your ceiling. I am glad that he is okay but instead of wait to talk with me they just drove off and after call twice and ask to talk with the owner have received an unreasonable email. I try to support local firms but this type of pos sale is extremely poor. Waiting now for first American claim resolution, but based on that management style I do not want this company in my house anymore.
