Apparently, he decided to stay at our facility, wait for his supervisor to physically come over, and then the two of them went back inside because our chef happened to still be there. I was never told this was happening, never authorized a second person to come out, and certainly never agreed to additional charges. Then they sent us a bill for DOUBLE the amount we were quoted. When I called to question it, JANET the secretary was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The owner/supervisor wasn't much better. Their justification was that their GPS showed how long the technician was at our property. I'm sorry, but YOUR employee choosing to sit at our property after I left does not mean I authorized you to continue charging us after I was told you definitely cant help us. The entire situation felt incredibly misleading and like an attempt to nickel and dime a business. You don't get to make additional service decisions without the customer's knowledge and then simply double the bill. I know times are tough, but this is not how you do business. Be upfront. Be honest. Tell customers what they're agreeing to pay BEFORE you charge them for it. Trying to blame your GPS or your own lack of communication on the customer is ridiculous. The money isn't even the biggest issue. It's the dishonesty, the attitude, and the complete lack of accountability. I would NEVER use this company again.

I own a rental cabin in Boone, and the current system was not installed by them. Yet when my guests told me the heat was out not only did they answer the phone on a Friday night, but were out to the house within an hour or two to fix the problem. It did take a couple more visits to accurately diagnose the problem, but each time they were responsive and kind, and at the house as quickly as they could. Nathan, especially, was super helpful and even came out early one morning before his first stop to try and figure out the problem. I'm now replacing the whole system (it's quite old) and they're able to order and get it in within the next week. With renters coming every weekend this kind of response is crucial, and I couldn't be more pleased with the interactions I've had with them.
