DO NOT WORK HERE! They are quick to hire which should have been our first clue. Management is never present and very unprofessional! The boss is weak and tells all the regular employees to do his dirty work of firing, with no warning or explanation! My son is neurodivergent (he has a hard time processing) and was not properly warned or trained on the expectations! So when he was fired without being talked to or asked to perform better, it was very confusing for him. I have called management twice and shown up in person once! No one will talk to us or give an official response of unemployment! I understand a $9 an hour job feels that people are expendable. But coming from previous management work "myself," I feel it is much better for a business to have understanding for employees (especially employees who have difficulties!) A few chances to work harder and make things better, rather than go straight to firing; is what makes a business last!!! I'm completely convinced our community does not deserve an employment opportunity that treats people this way! I would give a 0 if I could! They will not be receiving my business anymore! read more

Working there is fine, but the job sucks. Coworkers were nice but the owner and manager both fire people for small mistakes and label employees as replaceable. Got fired 5 weeks in because of a standard mistake. Don't work here unless you like to stay replaceable read more

We come here all the time for special occasions my family is really good bowlers and have been bowling since they were little, but the smell here, smells like straight sewer and don't dare go into the bathrooms. It's been like this for 4 plus years and they don't care to fix it. read more

Lanes @ Coffee Creek is good for bowling. Not enough child ramps to go around & incorrect temp beer would be my only complaints there. As far as the arcade goes, most of the machines were broken, out of order & no tickets being dispensed, etc. You can definitely tell this part of the venue is being ignored. There was no one there to help with machines eating money, not working correctly, etc. It was a disappointment since we don't have many local small arcades in town for the kids & that was the sole reason we decided to try this place out. We came up here due to never beening able to find a decent bowling alley with open lanes on Friday or Saturday night in Tulsa. This place is fairly nice with good staff. We bowled from 8pm to 10:30pm on a Saturday night. The only thing I would chang was better music once the cosmic bowling starts, there wasnt much excitement with it. The place was all pretty good except for the prices a little high at $5.95 a game per person plus shoe rental. Overall I would return though. read more

We've been to The Lanes a few times now and with the one exception of being there with a Special Olympics event, they've all been great. Good facility, well maintained and clean, pleasant staff and decent prices. Can't say about the food, since the one time I did eat there was during the SO event, and the staff was so overwhelmed and under prepared that it was almost comical. Although there wasn't anything comical about a 2 hour line at the snack bar. Given that, I would probably not want to attend during a large scale event, unless I planned on leaving for food, or having something delivered that I could eat in the parking lot, since the management won't allow outside food or drinks, even when the staff is obviously not up to the event. Pros: for some reason, my oldest wanted to have a bowling birthday party. Clean, well maintained, accepts credit cards. Cons: The food is terrible, even for a bowling alley. My kids wanted the chicken nugget basket (dried pieces of chicken with unseasoned crinkle cut fries). Here's the thing, my kids didn't even like the bowling part. We have had several good experiences with customer service and friendliness this summer, while taking advantage of the kids bowl free option. My kids love going and I'm looking forward to doing it again next summer. The arcade portion could use some work, with better game options and more/quicker repair and clear signage when a game isn't working. Overall we have had a great time. read more

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Poor customer service, especially from the OWNER. Over priced games and concession. Lanes are always broken down. Bumpers that only go up and down on 2 lanes and half the time they aren't working. Most of the arcade games don't work. We spent allot of time and allot of money there over the summer and winter months, however we will be making the drive to Tulsa in the future. If it at least had good service then we could overlook some of this but not any longer. Just not worth it. The only thing positive I can say about this place is that they have good chili cheese tater tots. With that said, half the time you have to hunt someone down to place your order. Also, a large on one day may come out in a huge basket, then on another day be half the size but the same price. No consistency. Oh and a large drink is almost FOUR DOLLARS. No refills. read more

Well after years of a great family fun this place has gone down. Let's just say when the air is broken and it is 100 degrees. That's a bit hot. Then next time we went bowling still no air...but after this experience let's just say never coming back. When you have to walk away from a free game on frame 4 because all the equipment failures and staff interactions. Never returning. We astride on a lane that they had equipment on when asked if they wanted us to move they said oh no they were gonna move the equipment, then half way during frame 1 the power went it on or lane, we had to go ask them to fix it, frame 2 pins didn't reset, frame 3 half way through my elderly mothers frame power went off again and to our surprise we were all the sudden on the next LANE, when I went to the counter again to ask why our stuff was on another lane the lady said she moved us, I said well it would have been nice to at least had a warning, we had to go in and fix the score because that didn't transfer over correctly, then the pins didn't reset again on the new lane as I went up to ask for it to be reset again the power went out on the lane as well, the lady was not at the counter this time I was met by the manager who told me I was rude and that everything's as my fault and that I made the employee cry, I asked how I made her cry and explained that it was crazy that I have had to ask so many time to get things fixed, literally went to the counter more time than I got to bowl. As the manager was telling me how rude I was I told her we would turn our shoes in and leave, I walked away and the manager mumbled under her breath that she would "pray" for me! Really read more
