This is a very underrated fun space. I love that they have so many activities when it comes to gaming, bowling, ax throwing, movie theater and even escape rooms. My friends and I went bowling and it was a lot of fun. I like they have non-traditional options for bowling as well as traditional. I also tried some of the food and it was pretty decent, a little expensive, but nothing too crazy. I got the southwest egg rolls and they were pretty good. The dipping sauce it came with was very good. I am comparing them to Chili's however and Chili's is still my number one for this type of food. My friend had chicken strips and said they were good others got pizza and loved it so I think across-the-board the food is good. I've had their funnel cake fries before and love those. I like that it's a fun environment and that there's lots of options. Our lane for bowling was having some issues and I mentioned it to the guys and they gave us some extra time which I appreciated, but this is a really fun space for all ages and all people. read more

They had me at heated seats, but when I heard your food is delivered to you while you recline back and watch your movie.... YES please! Cinergy is very well run. Employees are helpful, space is clean, security on site for that added peace of mind. The popcorn is fresh and seasoned perfectly, the soda fountain is crisp and they have a lot of food options. Food is a bit pricey... but everything is wherever you go. For instance a burger and fries will run you $15.00 + tax. Cheese curds $10.99 + tax. Etc... The chairs recline all the way back and they have swivel trays in-front of you with a service call button. Very comfortable and convenient. They also have an arcade, escape room and bowling. My husband and I never go to this movie theater because it's across town from us. But we were over here for dinner and thought that we would go see the new anaconda. I forgot how nice this theater is. It's so cool how the seats go like all the way back and they have those trays in front of you. It's even better that you can order booze! If you're looking for something fun to do definitely checkout Cinergy! I'd only ever been to the movie theater but they have EVERYTHING!! Arcade, Axe Throwing, Bowling, Escape Rooms, Movies and a full kitchen & bar! It's such a vibe!! I went for Axe throwing and Arcade Games last night and the most exciting part is that it's not just your average axe throwing venue you can literally go in and play different games while throwing an axe!!! They had regular bullseye score boards, hit the apple on the head, blackjack, tic tac toe and a game of TIMBER was is the HORSE of axe throwing. The first one to miss enough times and spell TIMBER loses! It was so much fun and reasonably priced for a full hour of fun! It gets a little tiring but towards the end I started to finally get good which built my excitement back up. 100/10 so much fun!!! And the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Came only for a movie. As follows: Pros: very clean; super friendly employees everywhere which was a nice change from other theaters; comfortable chairs; you can order food directly to your SEAT. Cons: we came for a *kids* movie. You have to pass by the adult bar to get to the theaters, which has like 80 giant televisions playing inappropriate/disturbing music videos. It was 4:30 in the afternoon. Strange setup here. The bar should be on the other side, more secluded maybe. Or non-existent in my opinion. It's just a weird combination in the first place. A bar and a kids arcade and a theater? Feels like they are trying to capitalize on too many target markets. Make it for adults only or make it kid friendly. read more

There is lots of parking available in front of Cinergy. Just like there is lots of options for activities to do while hanging out, you can watch a movie in reclining chairs and get food delivered to you while watching a movie, you can bowl, throw axes or play video games. Bowling lanes are terrible--not oiled at all. Plus the worker put another couple right next to my wife and I when all the other lanes were open. It was overpriced and the staff were not very friendly. Can't speak for anything else like the food or movies or anything but bowling wise I'd definitely choose somewhere else. read more

Cinergy is an interesting entertainment complex. In addition to movie theaters it has a large game arcade with high performance video games of all sorts. There is also an escape room, bowling alleys and probably more that I'm not aware of. The draw for us was a lounging movie seat and the ability to order some food and drink at our seats in the theater. I ordered the egg rolls which were great and a top Shelf Margarita which was not great. In addition to our poor choice of movie (Barbi), the theatre experience itself was so-so. Even though the seats reclined, and they had a small table for your beverage and food, I did not think the seats were all that comfortable. Also, the screen and sound not quite the quality I was expecting. I can't do much, and neither can Cinergy, about how bad the movie Barbie was, but that's a whole 'nother thing. read more

Sad to see this place I used to love visiting go down hill. Aesthetically it looks nice, but the service is poor. They must be under new management because we never used to have any problems. Now they clearly do not care about customer's experiences. Workers do not smile, or even greet you to take your order. Manager was unhelpful when we had issue with the tickets. We took our grandson here while he was visiting us. The $25 card we bought him didn't get him many games. When he tried to win extra games, he was able to gran the item, but the grabber just opened. I don't have much to compare this to, but it didn't seem like a good value. We have seen several movies here. I love the movie studios. The seats are comfortable. They not only recline, but even have a seat warmer. They serve food but don't disrupt the movie while doing it. Best of all, there's lots of space between aisles. read more

The only thing I would have to say that wasn't positive is that they charge for water as it is a fountain drink $6.49 for a cup of water. We visited Cinergy for the first time yesterday to take my four year old to see the new Paw Patrol movie, as you do when you have little ones. Let me just say I am shocked at these reviews below - the place was FANTASTIC!! The games and machines are all in good working order and the whole place is very, very clean and well cared for. Our movie theater seat was nice and comfy, we loved the heater option. We paid about $60 for three people to see the movie, but it included a huge breakfast buffet and 30 dollars in game play for after the movie! It was awesome. The food was fresh and very tasty and the prize selection after the games were way above the average selection and a huge variety. I felt like for the price I got a very good deal and it was hopefully memorable for my little guy. The staff was super kind and present - we got there early but the concession stand was also ready to go with the Paw Patrol mighty pups buckets (if you know you know) and everyone was friendly and kind. We took our family along my kids friend here for a night of gaming and possibly dinner. The games varied quite a bit in price depending on the type of game you wanted to play. Some of the games did not work properly and would charge your card without giving credit to play. We had this happen several times and told the staff about it and they would begrudgingly refund us knowing that the issue existed! Next was the food - very marginal at best. We ordered out food from the bartender and she said it would be 10-15 minutes until we received our order. It took almost an hour to receive the food and it was underwhelming. I couldn't order food from my seat because the website wasn't working so I went to the snackbar, ordered fried pickles, gave the guy my theater and seat number, paid and went back to my seat. 45 minutes later and nothing arrived so I go back to the snack bar and the kid says I gave him the wrong seat location. First time patron. We went to Cinergy on a Friday evening at 6:45. It was busy but not overwhelming. We warmed up on some arcade games before getting our seats for our movie. We watched "The Beekeeper", their theatre was small but awesome the chairs worked (reclined and heated), the audio and visual experience in the theatre was great. The dinner service provided during the movie was also awesome. The food is affordable and delicious. Free drink refills (non alcoholic), also some great adult prizes for tickets from the arcade. I have gone to Cinergy a time before this and had a wonderful time doing their bunker 57 escape room with a group of 8 and it was amazingly engaging with its multi room setup. BUT this second time I am a bit disappointed when signing up for another escape room. Don't go with a small group. I had ordered my tickets for a specific time around noon the same day for an escape room experience at 8. We showed up on time and were told that another group would be doing the same experience at the same time WITH us. They sprung it on us very last second. Obviously NO ONE wants to have to do a teamwork centered experience with strangers you don't know. They basically forced us to get a refund, another room, or a voucher but it feels like we are being punished for ordering earlier. Most likely will not be coming back with a small group. Let me start by saying that this review is mainly due to the quality of their theaters, but the entire facility itself which is amazing, and I would rather be here for games and such over the local Dave and Busters. It's amazing with the VR games, team games, their version of the old school games such as Space Invaders, their arcade version of Halo, escape rooms, bowling, a full bar for the parental units, and so so much more! I honestly can't wait to experience more of it. The facility is awesome, clean, the staff very kind, and very helpful to this old guy that couldn't figure out how to purchase movie tickets at a kiosk (yeah, they don't have a ticket window and I'm too cheap to pay a $4 fee on Fandango for movie tickets. That said, the theaters I found very lacking. Sure, they were new and seemed fancy and all, but it wasn't stadium seating, and you had to look up rather than straight the entire time which would be fine if you just kept your head back and relaxed the entire time, but that is just awkward. Also, the worst part, the screens were terrible! I couldn't make out much of what was on them most of the time. I thought maybe it was just the previews and would improve once the 3D glasses were on, but it reminded me of Starworld pre-remodel. The screen was so dark that I missed out on a lot of visuals from Far From Home, and it was honestly very disappointing. They do have a good option which is nice, but this also includes concessions, so you pay $7 for popcorn and they expect a tip for snacks... concessions should definitely be separate from food. I really think this place has potential, however, I won't watch another movie here until the management fix the screen issues, announces such changes, and maybe don't keep the ambient temperature at 58 degrees for those of us that bring our ladies. In the future I'll check out the awesome gaming experience, but DO NOT GO HERE FOR A MOVIE!! read more

They don't accept cash except for the machines that load your play card, you have to use that for everything. The bowling lanes were not great, everything was greasy and dirty and the overall experience of the lanes/pins and the entire bowling experience was bad. All of their food and drinks are really expensive, my girlfriend ordered some mozzerella sticks that were $11 and took about 15 minutes to come out "not fresh". We also had trouble with several of the arcade games. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because they have bubble hockey. read more

We went to see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood at Cinergy at 8 pm on Saturday night. Cinergy is a total entertainment center with all kinds of arcade games, bowling, bar, food, escape room and more. We bought our tickets online and we had 4 seats about mid theater. The seats recline comfortably and can be moved up and down as well, so you can really customize to your level of comfort. There is a handy drink and food tray as they serve full bar options and a full menu. We had drinks, and be prepared to pay a premium. Sure, I expect to pay a bit more, but their pricing on premium cocktails is over the top. ($13 for a single Ketel and soda in a plastic cup, before tax and tip). Because of the service going on continuously, it does not seem to be as dark in the theater. I am a bit old school and would prefer a darker ambience, but I understand the need for their servers to move around. My rating would be 3.5 overall - plus for ticket prices and the great custom reclining seats, but thumbs down for the drink prices and lighting. read more

This place took over the whole corner of the dollar theaters which did make me sad but once I stepped foot inside, I was in awe of how huge this place was! Their games are priced per dollar and it can get expensive but it had a lot of fun games. I played their pinball machines which are rare to find anymore and that was fun - even though I wasn't so good at it. They also have bowling, VR, a prize shop and it was just a sight to see. If I had more time, I would definitely be spending it here but other than that, I enjoyed my time there and I do definitely plan to return. read more

It's just another game place. The only thing making it special is it has a movie theater. We went to the movie theater and ordered sodas and food. We got are food but no sodas. Had to push or button and ask a different waiter for or drinks. We were not the only ones that had this issue. Everyone else in our row had to do the same. The food was just ok. And you have to have a credit card to start a tab to order food. They bring your ran card receipt and don't ask if that's how you want to pay. I was planning on using cash.
