Roof was replaced on 7/11/24. The insurance adjuster would not initially approve Mike's invoice for the work done. He and I were hassled about various small items and he refused to settle the claim for a month. Michael, our project manager, came out and took measurements, and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted. A short time later, we met with William who had produced a 3D rendering of what our bath tub would look like. Not only that, they had found a tub that would fit in our space that we did not find before. They were clear about the workflow, responsibilities, and accountability. They were fair on price considering the risk they were taking doing work after someone else. I don't feel they marked it up to account for that risk. As the work began, we found more issues. They came up with solutions promptly, again transparently and timely. They sent pictures as they did work, and justified any proposals for change. We ended up with the bathroom we wanted and assurance that the work was done right. The whole team is no nonsense, fair, and honest.
