They took a half hour, couldn't diagnose the problem. The two guys called another plumber. That plumber went through a list of possibilities. At the end of two and a half hours their answer was it's the dishwasher...That hadn't been used in six months. So when I asked how the dishwasher was producing pee water coming up from under the floor...the answer was..."I don't know what to tell you. Wait a few days and see if it still does it." So After almost three hours I still have 1/2 an inch of water in my kitchen, and no solution to my problem. Don't waste your time with them for any REAL issues. They won't know how to fix them.

Daniel answered the phone and was able to make it out to our home in a timely manner. I chatted with him and he told me that he took this business over from his father and has been doing it for 16 years. The broken pipe was under our manufactured home and he quoted me a decent price that was not super expensive. After he fixed this pipe, he said that it may take about an hour for the adhesive to dry because it was still pretty cold outside and that he had to go to another job. He said that he'd check back with me in about an hour and he did so. I then turned the water back on and the pressure was good. After I let him know everything was good, I received a phone call from his office and they took my credit card payment over the phone. I highly recommend him for plumbing issues.

As a proud Texan who has served and worn my uniform proudly, I value honesty and fairness above all else. When I booked their services, I had no idea that they were over an hour away. When we did a google search for Hereford this company showed up as if they were local. We had a overpowering sewer stench in the building only that added to our sense of urgency. In my desperation to take care of my employees, I unknowingly booked Scottco while my wife had already booked another company. As a small company with only two employees, the $420 trip charge was quite devastating for us. I believe in compensating others for their time and would never want to take advantage of anyone. I understand that mistakes happen, and I am willing to pay a fair amount for the services rendered. However, I was taken aback when I was told that the original charge was almost $600 as if I needed to be happy with the current.
