We called this Discount Tire (the nearest one to us at the time) and an absolute angel named Jayson answered the phone. He said he would stay at work late to help us out so we didn't have to camp on the side of the road for the night. When we arrived, he was there with his boss. Both men were so kind and helpful, I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this place. Luckily, the tire had the protection warranty on it and the new tire was in stock and fully covered. We were on our way in no time. What could've been a disaster for our trip, turned out to be an experience that renewed our faith in humanity and good old-fashioned customer service. The owners came out to help them after hours just to make sure they were safe and that their car tire was fixed. Not only were they given quick and amazing service, you could not beat the price. My dad said he was shocked at how reasonable the cost was. My parents said the individuals who fixed their tire were such great and kind people. The staff at Kroozers called me at home just to fix the problem and they went above and beyond to fix my car problem and how unhappy I was with the business. This showed me they truly care about their customers and I regret writing them a bad review. I realize that EVERY business is going to mess up from time to time. It's how they handle those mess ups that show the true character of the business. You would do well to use them to fix your cars problems and know they will treat you right even if the mess up at first. This auto repair shop is now back on the top of my list!
