And when we called them, they said to come in. When we came in, they said another guy had to be there to approve it and they would call us back. They didn't. So when we called again they told us to meet them at 8 this morning. When we showed up the guy automatically tells us that they can't do anything. We've waited three weeks on them, I've been using my car minimally because I can get a ticket and now they are basically saying that we are lying about it. Very frustrating. We could have been working on getting this fixed for the past three weeks instead of waiting on false promises. The wash itself was great (other than losing a lens). My car was very clean. But the way we were treated makes how well the wash works irrelevant to me. I work in customer service and would never treat people that way. I won't be using their wash again.
