I had an issue on my car today and I called 8 min before they closed. Rodney told me to come on down and he would look at it to see what he could do. I got there about 5 min later, they immediately brought my car into the bay, figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. I will always take my business to them. They really do go the extra mile and I appreciate it so much!!

this is one of the worst experiences of my life that happened today at the jiffy lube on 34th…read morestreet in Amarillo Texas, I had taken my dog up with me to the sonic today to get us something to eat, I do not have a car so we walked, I am older and disabled and its very hot, I have to take a break every so often on the way there and back, Today I sat down on the curb by the street of jiffy lube to cool off, my dog layed in the grass and I got on my laptop to check some emails, we did sit there for a good 20 mins probably , in that time I had no interactions with a single other person ,,, not hi , not a wave, literally nothing , just cooling off and minding my own business. then without saying a word to me the employess of jiffy lube found it necessary to turn their sprinklers on me ,, they got my laptop wet and could have caused me to injure myself by trying to get up so fast and out of the way of the surprise water, this was no accident, this was not the sprinklers being on automatic, they were purposely turned on the get me wet, the water went off exactly at the moment I got out of the line of fire, not to mention business are not allowed to have their sprinklers going in the heat of the day like that, not to mention all of this is on camera, its a very very busy street, these people clearly thought i was a homeless person or something and they could just treat someone any kind of way, I was so humiliated I cried all the way home,, who treats people that way, I was treated like a literal stray dog, the people that work at that jiffy lube are cruel and heartless,, if they would do that to a human then they sure don't care about your car, I can't afford to replace the laptop but ruined but I will make sure everyone knows what type of business they are

The one man, understandably couldn't reach very much of the hood but also didn't even bother to try to do anything to the sides!!! The other one could reach the hood but didn't bother to help the other guy out!! Now maybe they're not supposed to be wiping them down at all, but for the past 3 years my husband has had an account and it gets taken out every month and we gave ALWAYS gotten the vehicle wiped down like it was part of the package! The last 3-4 times they have done a very poor job, one time my husband even asked them to dry it better, this time they just dried half the hood, fixed the mirrors back walked to the back of the Tacoma and motioned for us to move on! It's gone drone extremely good to might as well let the rain wash it!!! This happened today about 11:45-12:00

This last time was the end of my relationship with Pit stop. They were ranting and cursing about politics. They questioned me as to why I was wearing a mask. Was told I needed a radiator flush, new air filter I had changed 4 days prior (I can get the same one online for 1/5 of the cost they charge in house). After my last trip to Lubbock I went to my old location and they also checked my radiator fluids and showed me the results. Said the levels were fine and no action was needed any time soon. The employees at the Amarillo location seemed less than the professional level I'm used to receiving at other locations. Some conversations should not be had within earshot of customers.

After we hopped back in our car, the check engine light came on, and my Ford Focus (2004 SE, 2.3L) was shuddering/jerking very strongly in idle and in drive. Fortunately, I've had this problem already occur in the past year -- so I knew that a different one of my cylinders was misfiring, and that I specifically needed another new ignition coil (I had paid $600 for parts+labor in West Los Angeles). I called a few auto shops within a mile radius. One said they were heavily backed up with other customers. One said they were booked for the rest of the week. Top Gun said they could look at the car immediately, and could definitely replace the ignition coil within an hour and for ~$300 if that was indeed the problem, so I rolled in. They let me sit with my two cats (in carriers) in the waiting room while they ran diagnostics. Came back maybe 15 minutes later, and told me I was right about the ignition coil. 45 minutes later, the job was done for $300, half the price I paid the first time in LA for a different coil, and we were back on the road for our adventure! I'm extremely grateful that we found them. Great service quality, price and speediness, and a very trustworthy, accommodating and friendly staff. I'd recommend any friend to their facility.
