After signing over the $20,000 insurance check to Future Contracting and Estimators the chase was on! Ralph's crew came out and started to replace the roof, and they left the mess for us to clean up , the roof started leaking!!! We called Future Contracting and Estimators over 100 different times with the promise they will come and repair it. Guess what here we are several years later and they never showed up. We finally had to hire another company to come and repair the roof of a cost of over $5000! He also coordinated with a line painter to paint the parking spaces, handicap space, and bumpers. The sealcoating came out nicely, however the painter didn't paint the bumpers, I was told that he left the stencil in his other truck. I was told by Joe that the painter would return to complete the job (as was paid for) and that Joe would return to stake the bumpers and complete the project. I followed up twice over the next 2 months and was assured that the work would be completed, and that they were behind due to the weather. The third time I called, Joe had blocked my phone number. Kevin transparently and honestly told me I was better off getting providence water contacted for repairing some of it which I appreciated. When my boiler and radiator were leaking, Kevin's crew came out fast to look at it. Ultimately took a little while to get everything fixed but the guys worked professionally and efficiently to get the job done. The bill came in a little high for just patchwork (no new components or parts were used so it was 95% labor except for some plumbers putty) but it was lower than the "high end" of the quote I got. Despite the cost, the benefit here is you know what you're getting and that (so far based on my experience anyway) is an honest job and reliable company. So, if you're looking for the cheapest, fastest option you probably want to go elsewhere. If you're looking for a reputable company that tells you straight up what's going on, gives you an estimate and sticks to it, then Five Star is your company!
