This is one of those hole in the wall spots well worth the visit! It's located right outside the Langley AFB king street gate and definitely gets busy quick during lunch time. That being said, parking can be tight so be sure to plan ahead. Service was fast and friendly. And the food was delicious! We got the vegetable spring rolls for appetizers and I got the pad thai with chicken and tofu for my main. Flavor and presentation were on point. I was seated quickly on a busy Wednesday during lunch and my order was taken by the only server in the place. She seeker to have a rhythm down of getting food/drinks/menus all out to everyone in a timely fashion. First time here and I guess at lunch everyone gets a salad. I thought the dressing was delicious! Not sure if you get it at dinner or what. For food I ordered the fried spring rolls and they had great flavor. Usually I don't find Thai spring rolls as yummy but these hit the spot. I also ordered a chicken stir fry dish (can't recall the name) and it was so tasty and had the best fresh grilled flavor. Located conveniently outside the King's street gate of Langley AFB; a small "mom & pop" restaurant. Although the decor and the dining area are outdated and could use some paint and better dining furniture, the restaurant offers delicious food. On our visit, we ordered two pad Thais and shrimp rolls as an appetizer. The presentation of the pad Thai was surprisingly great, and the taste was a contender amongst Thai restaurants in the area. The flavor was aromatic, and the spiciness was spot on. However, the shrimp rolls needed a bit more filling than shrimp itself as they were a bit dry. First off, in a world where customer service and genuine kindness is a diminished commodity this place has it in spades. I ordered take out but I can see feeling comfortable enough to dine inside, it's a hole in the wall type place so don't expect ample dining area, It is pretty large for what size it is though. My past experience with Thai food was PF changs and a microwaveable meal lol. But I must say the Pad Thai ( medium heat) and Thai chicken spring rolls were awesome and the portion was great. I also tried ( felt brazen enough ) the crispy tofu, I'm not a connoisseur in regard to tofu by any means, but it wasn't for me. One of my kids got the Tom Yum soup, they didn't like it but I found it to be pretty good, different, but good. My other child had the stir fry salmon and my wife tried it as well, both really liked it. It's odd that this place has been around for almost a decade and I never knew. But now that I do, we will definitely be back. I think the Thai Bbq chicken grill is next on our list of dishes to try. read more

Langley Thai is a wonderful little hidden gem right out of the King street gate off Langley Air Force Base. Parking is a little tight but get there early enough & you'll be just fine (there is over flow parking at the business next door). Service is concise, quick & painless. Water and salad automatically come out to the table. The dining area is small and efficient (gives an at home feel). The waitress is very direct but does a wonderful job to ensure everyone is taken care of. The food is out of this world phenomenal! It is a bit pricey on the appetizer (almost $7) & the drink was $3 so for my meal I paid $23... yikesss. But well worth it! Give them a try! read more

Langley Thai Cuisine was a very nice find. Very benign store front on King Street right before the King Street gate of Langley Air Force Base. The outside has an unassuming appearance and it's easy to drive passed it. The esthetics is normal decor for a family styled restaurant. The tables and silverware were clean. The menu has a normal Thai menu. The food was very good. Spring rolls were good. The pork bbq was spot on. Good flavor, tender and hot. The vegetables and rice were very warm if not hot. The ice tea was good. Wait staff was the one gal who was easy going and quick to check in to take our order and check to see if we needed refills. Solid 4 star. My boyfriend took me here and it's the best Thai food we've had since moving here! The staff are so kind and the food is very authentic. You can tell the food is made with love and they even made our dishes extra special by serving us rice shaped as a heart. You really can't go wrong here. Food 3/5: ordered pad see ew with beef was decent albeit a little dry, pad Thai was a little spicy even for mild, and the curry tasted a little watery however overall okay... Service 4/5: fast for take out, but they messed up the order. The pad see ew was meant to be seafood and was charged for that but just got chicken instead. This is our favorite Thai restaurant in Hampton! The portions are great and the entrees come with a very fresh side salad. Are you a vegan or a vegetarian? You're totally in luck if you are! They have, and can, tweak many of their dishes to use no meat or substitute the meat for tofu for a healthy protein option! The veggies and herbs are always super fresh and tasty! The owner's wife, who cooks in the kitchen, has fantastic culinary skills! I really love this place.. peaceful, quiet atmosphere and the owners are so friendly and accommodating with their customers! The owners are from Laos and if you have ever traveled to the country of Laos or have known people from there (I have family members from there), you'll relish in their positivity and admire their hardworking spirit! Update 0CT 2021 I'm in love once again. I thought all was lost when ownership and the chef changed a few years back. That is not the case. I have found new menu items that I simple adore! Yes, I miss the dishes under past ownership but I am more than pleased with the ones I've found and now dream of like a greedy little kid. The staff is always friendly. The service is always attentive. Since Covid, we've taken the time to have more and longer conversations when we dine in or pick up. My tom kha soup with shrimp was good. The soup was aromatic with the ginger and lemongrass. There was a lot of broth with mushroom and tomatoes. Rice is included with the entree. The rice was a little older than I wanted knowing I had some brown scorches on the rice. We also got the the chicken red curry. The broth was had flavor, not spicy like I thought it would've been. Taste factor.. it was just ok. Since this place is by the base.. it's hidden but convenient for Air Force personnel. The lady who hosted us is really nice. The vibe is a little dim and outdated.
