Chrissy Parlow, a social…read moreworker with Community Care, Inc., inserted herself into a volatile situation between my fiancée and her mother -- without permission, without being asked, and without even having my contact information. We had a brief interaction at St. Luke's Hospital, and somehow she got my fiancées number and continued to contact her as if she had the authority to intervene. When my fiancée questioned her involvement, Chrissy responded with one of the most unprofessional and hostile messages I've ever received from anyone, let alone someone in a caregiving profession. The message was aggressive, condescending, and completely inappropriate -- dropping the "F-bomb" multiple times, not just toward me, but even in reference to my fiancée's mother, whom she claimed to be helping. What made matters worse is what happened next: her fiancé tracked down and sent my fiancée a string of threatening, profanity-filled text messages -- simply because we spoke up about Chrissy's conduct. I immediately contacted her supervisor, Jennifer Giersch, at Community Care, Inc., to report all of this. No follow-up. Nothing. This kind of behavior should disqualify someone from working with vulnerable people. If this is how Community Care handles professionalism and accountability, I strongly urge others to think twice before working with them -- especially with someone like Chrissy Parlow on staff.

Recently had my follow up with Dr Brown. About a week before…read morethe apt, his secratary calls to let you know you have blood work to go get done. They check for everything! At the apt, he goes over every possible blood test and indcators of your health. It is like a "State of the Union" for your body. He tells you the normal ranges and helps you understand where your numbers lie. He then helps you understand why certain numbers are high or low, because of your diet, lifeystyle, or other factors. After that, he comes up with a number of solutions to help get you in the healthy ranges you should be in. Usually by natural means- One thing he recommended to me was Omega Fish Oil and Cod Liver Oil. Find the right brand, and they actually taste delicious. I recommend Dr Brown to anyone! Health or Sick! He helps you understand your body and his full dose of bloodwork every few months helps ensure nothing sneaks up on you.

Dr. Mark Nordness at ProHealth is by far the best allergist I have visited. The office itself is accommodating and helpful; everyone is friendly, and appointments go smoothly. The first time I came in for an appointment two years ago, a solution was reached which was helpful for managing my allergy symptoms. Two years down the road, I felt it was necessary to visit again, as my prescription had expired, and I was having worse symptoms than usual. Dr. Nordness is extremely competent, professional, and clearly cares about his patients' well-being. I am now on a newer allergy medication at his recommendation, Flonase Sensimist. This has been helpful so far. I appreciate how instrumental ProHealth Allergy & Immunology has been in managing my allergy symptoms. If you are having allergy issues, I can't recommend Dr. Nordness enough.
