We recommend Lanktree Glass. Our sliding glass door was sticking and becoming hard to open and close. Called Lanktree Glass and Kevin showed up when he said he would, was able to fix it the same day and for a reasonable price. The other glass shops we had called wanted $200 to "come look and IF they could fix it they would require another scheduled visit". The 30 year old door was extremely difficult to remove from the track, but Kevin was able to get the door off, cleaned and oiled the casters and re-installed the door. Our door works perfectly! He also located and ordered replacement parts in case of future repair needs. Professional, honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him. He will do you a good job. read more

We had a rock hit our windshield on our RV, I called several other companies that were booking 2-3 weeks out. When I called Lanktree he said he'd fix it as soon as we could get it to him. Keven is wonderful! I got a rock chip in my windshield, called him the next morning and he told me he would fit me in that day. When I got to his shop he immediately fixed the chip so well that I can hardly tell where it was. Keven was great to talk with, very professional in his work and very reasonable priced. Called Kevin late Friday and he returned my call on Saturday. Set up an appointment for Tuesday and he had a better windshield in it than the original in an hour and a half. This guy will give you his word and don't trust it one bit! Constant excuses and his hours are when he feels like it, contrary to his posted hours. The time on my glass to get done has tripled and he has not contacted me once to give me an update. There was a 9 day stretch where I tried to call him a few times a day and no answer and voice mail full! Finally got ahold of him and he said I'll have it done Tuesday and I will pick up my phone, guest what he didn't I went down there to get my topper door frame and he threatened me and told me it will get done when he feels like it. Talked with the police and they are assisting me on getting my property back. read more

Just had a windshield replaced in a Dodge pickup. They did exceptional work, vehicle was done when promised and there were no issues at all. They offered a product that they stand behind for one year as far as rock chips go and their pricing beat everyone else in the valley as well as being able to get the vehicle in and get the work done. I would never take one single thing there to get done. They do very shoddy workmanship and when you bring that to their attention they get irate and refuse to refund your money. They are never there even if you come back when they tell you to. I was referred to them by the frame shop I originally took my frames to, to have mirrors installed When I returned to the frame shop to have hangers put on they were shocked and said that was the worst job they'd ever seen. The one mirror was cut so badly you could get your fingernail under it almost all the way around the frame. You could also see the light color of the unstained wood reflecting back in the mirror. The frame shop said anyone installing mirrors knows you color the back of the frame prior to installing the mirror. If this shop didn't know how to install mirrors then why not tell me, the customer, up front. Instead they installed them very sloppily with latex calk, did not put hangers on them, and expected me to be happy paying $120 for them. They have had my frames for over 2 weeks now to re-cut the mirrors. I was told to come back the following day, I still have no mirrors. When I asked about the one he didn't re-cut he said it was done right and if I wanted it redone I would have to pay all over again for it. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I've never been talked to the way I was that day by any business "professional". I would think about anyone else in the area if I needed any glass work done. Anyone owning a business would of fired that person for dealing with an unsatisfied customer the way he did with me. This wasn't just my opinion about the job they did, this was confirmed by a professional frame shop. They have lost not only my business but I know they have lost that frame shops and probably many more in the area. Be aware, be very aware. Horrible job, Horrible customer service. read more
