When I called the person was extremely rude and pretty much saying I was lying about having a mobile apt. In the past I had multiple windshield replacements and repairs all mobile. Clearly there has been a turn over in employees and it's not for the good. Find another shop to give your business to, there are plenty of good places that want your business and are not unprofessional and rude.

There was no way to get our family (my 76 year old Mother, 7 year old kiddo and three dogs) back to Arizona with this window off the vehicle. I brought the issue to them and they blammed the issue on rust and bad seals, saying that they knew it would leak during their preliminary inspection. This was never mentioned to wife. I explained that there was never any leak with the previous glass or with the temporary plastic that I taped in until the repair could be scheduled, even through multiple rain storms. At this point he said there are alot of issues with the vehicle and hung up. I would advise anyone looking for glass repairs to find anywhere else!

The other glass shops we had called wanted $200 to "come look and IF they could fix it they would require another scheduled visit". The 30 year old door was extremely difficult to remove from the track, but Kevin was able to get the door off, cleaned and oiled the casters and re-installed the door. Our door works perfectly! He also located and ordered replacement parts in case of future repair needs. Professional, honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him. He will do you a good job.
