However, they took several days to complete the estimate and when asked about how much they charge for storage they said don't worry about insurance would cover. We knew insurance wouldn't cover and when we got the estimate we knew it was going to be what they charged insurance companies. Long story short, went to move the car off their lot and they charged $50/day and an additional $75 just to move the car on their lot....what a joke. Would never recommend these guys. Go to Jance's south of Kalispell, always fair, timely, and trustworthy.

The shop is in a less than desirable area of town, but it's fenced off and seems reasonably secure. Both times I used them I got more than what I paid for in quality of service.

My car got hit on this lot while parked after the detail. The owner called me, said his brother saw…read moreit. They did not call police, they said they are not responsible. The driver did not call police or turn over insurance. Bumper to bumper did not come through with insurance. Police said it was too late for me to make a report. Bumper to Bumper did not take responsibility! Also they did not clean interior roof. The auto body on the property tried to paint bumper and there are drips running down bumper.
