He said it was okay, not the best I had the Swedish, which I found uncomfortable. The therapist had long nails and kept on sliding his nails up and down my back actually making me feel tighter in the back as it was a bit uncomfortable. He also was very fast in his technique, with didn't loosen any of my tight muscles. He did try want to work together and do what I liked... but unfortunately when the technique isn't there, it's hard to explain what you want. And the worse part of the massage was that he used a scented oil on me that overwhelmed my scenes. I left there uptight and congested. I don't I would try this place again.

The therapist are professional and they will understand your pain area and cover your whole body from head to toe including hand and legs, giving a special treatment to your pain area, for me it was shoulders and neck. Then it was her that called me after I left, asking for a bigger tip, but never asked me why such a small tip, then she said "never book Vivian again". I am very sensitive to smokers, others could be allergic, and it is a vile and bad health habit and should be kept private, and at least done outside their back door which I know other staff go to... I would never book Vivian again because of her unfortunate smoking habit then touching my feet or body, but mostly the front desk lady is rude, has an attitude, and I truly hope the owner reads this post and takes action to correct this staffing issue... There are other posts citing similar problem with her...all other staff have been nice over the years. The pace was much faster than I'm used to and it seemed that I almost got the usual 90 minutes worth in 45. Of course it's not the same, but quite impressive amount of work over the 45 minutes with no downtime or inefficiency. The room was small, clean and quiet, although I went in the evening when it wasn't busy. There was soft Chinese folk guitar twanging playing quietly in the room and the lighting was nice. The white disposable sheet on the table was great. I met two ladies when I went in, and it seemed like they were the only ones there. One was better at English. The one that massaged spoke only Chinese with rudimentary "ok" in English which was fine and I appreciated not wanting to talk. She ended up using the hot towels on my back which felt heavenly. I tipped $20 since that was all I had on my, but felt worth it compared to the usual $156 bill at the clinic with no tip. I'll be back and felt fantastic on the walk home and the next day.

I was here on a weekday few weeks ago, around 2pm. Getting appointment was easier than other reflexology places, as many places want advanced bookings. I asked for a package with body massage and reflexology here. It started with body massage - I expected deep tissue massage but it felt just gentle rubbing with slow kneading. So, I said to the masseur that I prefer more pressure - then in a few seconds, without any words, she started to apply pressures that were too strong to the point where I had to stop. I would say it was violent. I may be wrong, but I felt that she was upset by my asking for more pressure. It was too strong and later when I went home, I found bruise on the shoulder. I had to apply muscle pain relief ointment for a few days. And reflexology - I expected targeted pressure to specific points on the back of the feet, but the masseur kept rubbing my calf and instep. Again, I asked for pressure to the sole of my feet. She did not target pressure to the points - just rubbed harder on my sole a few minutes. Then she was back to gentle rubbing on my calf and instep. After the massage, she brought hot towel to wrap my feet to finish up, which was VERY hot. After this process, she threw the towels onto the floor, and left, that was it. I felt harmed rather than relaxed. And felt miserable. Probably, I had a bad luck, because many people review this place positively. But I just wanted to leave this review as there may be a gap between like-minded customers' expectations and what they can actually offer.
