I headed in specifically hoping to see Officer Spencer (who is already a total smoke show), but he wasn't on the clock.

On Monday, August 17th, around 2:00 to 3:00 PM, my mother was leaving the Koreatown Senior Center…read moreafter finishing work. Misjudging the exit, her car got stuck on a curb--unable to move forward or back up. Caught completely off guard, she began to panic, unsure of what to do. Just then, two officers arrived on the scene. They helped calm her down, offered words of comfort, and safely guided her vehicle out of the parking lot. Words cannot express how truly grateful I am for their assistance; this is a kindness our family will never forget. This experience has deepened my respect and appreciation for the LAPD. I would especially like to give a huge shoutout to these two officers for their outstanding help: Officer Moon (#38013) Officer Tsai (#38118) I offer my sincere respect and highest gratitude to the officers of the LAPD.

I wonder how they choose the 911 operators they seem fairly obtuse and ignorant and most certainly…read moreslow. Basically just get a gun and good recording device and deal with it yourselves. The LAPD is a pure shit show. I understand that some calls may not be an emergency. But If someone must be harmed before I can get a patrol car to stop by. That makes no sense. I'm not gonna wait until they harm me. Mainly because I cant call if I'm dead. I've heard calls of people online with 911m (youtube), apparently someone had been shot and they are asking the dumbest questions instead of sending someone/ambulance ect out then get any additional information after you've sent a patrol car. They basically want you to get hurt before you call. What are we paying taxes for if we have to deal with the situation ourselves. Been on hold for 45 minutes and counting........
