This brand new facility (2022) has so much to offer. All of the services and activities are well thought out, including planned events like movie nights; and routine features like the fitness area and a variety of additional amenities. Specifically, the daily meal services ensure good nutrition as well as an opportunity for socializing. While the facilities at Ivy Terrace are great, what really stands out is the Community Director, Jeanette Terbush. Jeanette is the heart and soul of Ivy Terrace and she immediately felt like family for our dad - and also the rest of the family. She's a phenomenal care giver and friend, and we feel so fortunate to have found both her and Ivy Terrace!

The manager always gives me attitude on everything and is so rude. Anytime I call to ask about anything, she'll start her attitude and try to get off the phone while I'm still trying to get an answer. She is very quick to raise you're rent for any reason they can get away with, and if you have any issues, all they say is "you can get a lawyer if you like". Would not recommend to anyone until they get someone better.

Besides being a Great location, my fellow tenants were the most friendly, helpful, and caring people I have ever had the pleasure of associating with. Emoji I really can't say enough about how Great the manager, Gary, is. Emoji I have never meet an Apartment Manager, who is friendly, tenant orientated, and hard working, to solve issues.
