0 Stars Dry Clean Supercenter…read more In 40 years of using a variety of dry cleaners, I have never had one lose any of my clothing. Dry Clean Supercenter in Collierville is the first dry cleaner to lose my clothing. In early May, I dropped off 7 items to be cleaned. About 4 weeks later, I went there to pick them up, but they could only find 4 of the items. They couldn't find a jacket, a pair of pants, and a blouse. All 7 items were on the same ticket. They spent about 3 weeks checking the plant and their 3 other locations. During that time, they never contacted me to tell me their progress or results. I stopped in about once a week to check. They were always checking the plant or had to call the owner. The last time, they said I should provide them with the cost of the items and the owner would decide what to do. I provided the cost of the items a couple of days later. It's been about 4 weeks since then and I've stopped in about once a week to check on the status. The person who had been helping me with the problem is never at the store anymore, but when reached by phone by one of the onsite employees, he says he has to talk to the owner. During all of this time, no one from Dry Clean Supercenter has contacted me. I would not recommend this business for your dry cleaning needs. You may not get your clothes back either and they will probably not make it right.

I also spoke to them several times about them not pressing cloths properly and I have to finish ironing clothes at home. After being shown clothes that were not cleaned properly they are not reimbursing my money and the manager is not returning calls! I recently called to check on the status of cleaning but the women on the phone told me that "she is busy and doesn't have time to check it on the computer" before hanging up on me. Service went down, people that work over there are rude and don't care about loyal customers anymore or quality of service. Clothes are returned dirty and employees do not appear to care about the quality of their work. We have been customers for over 2 years, however we will not do any more business with this company

Thankfully the competitor up the street didn't agree that it was "covered in pet hair" and does not have such a policy in place. Good luck with your business as you will need lots of it with this ridiculous so-called policy. You've lost a good customer. I'll give you two stars for servicing us occasionally with random items over the past several years. Wow, it's crazy what one visit, one policy, and poor management can do for a business. A good business would make customer service a priority and I left there feeling humiliated.

I began to take my clothes out of the bag and explain to her that has a little cat hair on it but not a lot..she said that she can't take it and I thought she was joking. I returned to have that corrected as well as having a replacement button, that I provided, sewn on the l/r pocket. When I picked up the pants on Saturday, the button was not sewn on the l/r pocket and the button to the r/r was removed. After multiple visits, instructions and explanations, they still could not get it right. The manager that I spoke with was more concerned with Me paying, which was already done when the pants were originally dropped off, than making sure that their employees followed My instructions and done the job right the first time. It should not take multiple visits, instructions and conversations to simply sew on a button. This was an absolute waste of My time. The name of this place is completely appropriate.

Laundry is picked up and returned to our home and is washed, dried, and folded to perfection. -- I was especially impressed with the removal of mildew from a t shirt I'd bought in 1999; I thought it would have to be thrown away, but Pearly Laundry Services restored it to its original youth and beauty! I called and asked if I needed my yellow slip and was told no just a phone number , but the store was about to close. My ticket says my items will be ready for pickup Friday at 6. The slip hours displayed this location closed at 730pm. So I explained that to the kid who answered the phone. I was told to come before 6. I pull up at 601 and meet her at the door. She asks if I have cash and I say no, but I just spoke with you and told you I was en route. You never expressed I needed to bring CASH to pay. Because the credit card machine was down it was nothing she could do. She was NOT rude at all, only doing her job. I'm annoyed because the policies set in place are piss poor. She explained the ticket time is not accurate , since I asked her why would my pickup time be closing time? I'm not sure if I will ever come back for this inconvenience. It's only 5 minutes from my house so I guess that's the only plus.

This guy is an expert at what he does, and I trust his judgment and opinion. I really enjoy doing business with someone who's honest and direct. No false promises equals integrity in my book. I'll definitely continue with taking my leather goods here.
