He also installed a new outlet for an overly sensitve humidity sensor for my bathroom ventilator. It kept going on over and over again. I had to keep turning it off multiple times a day. He also cut the ends off of some shades I had ordered. They are custom made shades and I apparently gave the wrong measurements and they were too long. I had called around to different stores and no one was willing to help me unless I had bought the shades from them. I mentioned it to Vlad to see if he knew of anyone who could help me out, and he said I can try. He is an electrician, but he used his skills to really help me out. I was told by Micheal that I angered the guy on the mower because I tried to fix my own edge, imagine that, so he didn't care to leave clumps of grass in my yard And do a poor cut. They were supposed to bag every cut, Instead the next cut, which Micheal personally was going to handle thought it best to mow over and over the long clippings to make them go away. This is called thatch. A professional would know that. When I asked Micheal about the poor cutting and clumps his words were. I told you, you pissed the guy off So that's that. I have his text. Micheal ruined my edge himself and I asked him not to edge my yard anymore that day so it could grow back where it was hacked up, so he just came up and started to trim my yard anyway and I had to tell him to leave. They cut your lawn with bags on the mower, but the tube that is needed to collect the clippings is missing some days so they leave clumps. The only thing worse than Micheal Goods lawn service is Micheal Goods attitude with customer service. I have plenty of pics and correspondence texts from Micheal to verify this review. I'm sure I can find a professional lawn service in Ephrata area that can do the job with quality and have some manners towards the customer.

The job ultimately took the entire day, from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Toward the end, David mentioned that his vacuum was already packed away and declined to retrieve it, which left certain areas less thorough than expected. While the overall result was acceptable, the work would likely have been completed more efficiently and with greater attention to detail if additional help had been provided. The pricing was reasonable and on the lower end compared to competitors. That said, I would have preferred paying a bit more for a team-based approach that could have completed the job in fewer hours with a higher level of efficiency. Additionally, I noticed that David posted a review on Yelp stating I was satisfied, which I found misleading. When I discussed this with David he said you signed an agreement to allow me to take photos and give reviews when you signed your initial contract. I found this a little shady. Reviews should be written by the customers themselves, not the service provider. Overall, I would rate the service as average, around 3 to 4 stars.
