I made a trip to the shop a couple weeks later and met with a young woman who could not have cared less about what we wanted. Still, we picked up some samples and thought maybe we'd move forward. Another visit yielded questions about backsplash and tile (they don't do it), and installation and removal of existing material, which she couldn't answer. I left, thinking she'd get back to me with answers. After two weeks I called someone else (who did an excellent job). We loved the product selection and the expert advice Deb gave us. The installers did a great job of completing the project. There was one miscommunication with the order but the company took responsibility and immediately corrected it. Deb then came out to see the final job. This, to me, is a great way to measure a company--how they respond when things go wrong. I am thrilled with their products and work and have referred them to friends. One brought in a piece of countertop they used as a cutting board. It had heat damage. Henry Ross was able to buff it out. They, too, were thrilled with their work.
