My experience here has been a masterclass in professionalism, and I could not be more pleased. I came in with a badly deteriorating four-year-old vinyl wrap. I was having a difficult time finding reputable shops in the area, so I expanded my search into Virginia and was immediately impressed by the number of five-star reviews Exodius had online. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and met Shawn. He was not only polite and friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable. After taking a look at my car and asking a few questions, he introduced me to the option of colored paint protection film. He recommended it over another vinyl wrap because of its increased durability, especially since my vehicle is not garage-kept. He explained that paint protection film holds up significantly better than traditional vinyl when exposed to prolonged sunlight. The showroom itself is clean, polished, and professional. It reflects the quality of work and attention to detail that this business delivers. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Shawn showed me hundreds (if not thousands!) of color swatches. There were volumes upon volumes of every shade imaginable. I wanted to stay within the same color family while changing things up a bit, and eventually landed on a gorgeous glittering Snow White finish. When the light hits it, it looks just like fresh snow. Shawn even took the swatch outside and held it against my car so I could get a realistic sense of what it would look like. Once I settled on a color, he walked me through the shop and showed me several works in progress. One concern I shared was the quality of the cuts. My previous vinyl wrap had crooked cuts in certain places, and while most people would never notice, they were glaringly obvious to me. Shawn encouraged me to inspect some of their work, and what I saw was seamless. Flawless. It looked just like paint. At that moment, I knew my car was in the right hands. While they had my vehicle, I received regular text updates every day or two, often with photos and videos. And they did far more than simply remove the old wrap and install the new film. They noticed that several bolts were missing from a previous repair, reached out to let me know, then went across the street to a body shop, picked up replacements, and installed them. That level of attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond meant a great deal to me. They didn't have to do that, but it is just one of many small yet meaningful examples of their commitment to quality, customer service, and customer satisfaction. Before returning my vehicle, they also performed a quality check to ensure the windows and other vehicle components were functioning properly...something the last wrap shop I used absolutely did not do. (In fact, that previous company reinstalled a door panel incorrectly and damaged some wires on my driver's side. It cost nearly $500 to repair that mistake). Because of all the World Cup activity going on, it took much longer than expected to get a Lyft to the shop and I arrived at the shop about 15 minutes after closing. Shawn was incredibly gracious about it, and he still took the time to thoroughly walk me through everything that had been done and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. The transformation was so dramatic that I honestly didn't recognize my own vehicle at first. In fact, I walked right past it. It looked like a brand-new car! After handing me the keys, Shawn warned me that the vehicle might not start since it hadn't been driven for a while and the battery would likely need a charge. He was right. And instead of leaving me to fend for myself (like my previous wrap shop did), he grabbed a portable jump starter from the back and gave me the quickest jump-start I've ever had in my life. A minute or two later, I was on my way. Including the cost of removing my old vinyl wrap, this paint protection film cost roughly twice what I paid for my original wrap. But as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for"... And this gorgeous, glittering finish was worth every dime. Exodius helped transform my vehicle into something truly one-of-a-kind, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and customer service exceeded even my exceptionally high expectations.

Unfortunately that was not my experience. Of note, I have since taken my car to another tint shop for another opinion and they were able to get this tinting done without any problems the first time around. when first picking up my car from Sterling Window Tint, there were multiple creases and air bubbles as well as contamination in the tint. In addition, one of the interior door handle panels had not been reinstalled correctly and was left on the floor of the vehicle, and the interior rubber window gaskets were folded over instead of being properly reinstalled. I was able to correct those assembly issues myself, but I contacted Miguel regarding the quality of the tint. Miguel explained that because my vehicle is older, it would not be possible to eliminate every contaminant. I understood that and never expected perfection. However, that explanation did not account for the obvious creases, air bubbles, or the large amount of contamination present. I showed photos to another tint shop, and they told me the issues (particularly the creases and air bubbles) were the result of poor attention to detail and not the age of the vehicle. They commented that they would have been "embarrassed" to have a job look like this. Miguel said he would redo it and would "personally look it over" to make sure it was done correctly. So I took off another day from work to bring the car back in to get it redone. There were again air bubbles and creases on the windshield and patches of old tint that had not been removed stuck under the new layer. Miguel stated that there was no way that could be possible as he checked everything personally. However, upon arriving at the shop, his employee Ed admitted that it was actually leftover tint that was missed, stating that "Miguel would not know" as he had not performed the work himself. With regard to the new air bubbles and creases, they advised giving it a few days, which of course did not go away as they were not from residual moisture. At this time point, Miguel stated that "this is too many redos" and said that the only option was to take everything down and refund my money, which at this point after having taken another day off work, seemed like the best way to be done with this situation. If this was their attitude, also imagine having a problem under warranty later and them taking the same approach. I took off a third day from work and they refunded me the cost of the tint, which I do appreciate. Unfortunately, the experience did not end there. When I picked up the vehicle after the tint was removed, there were still patches of adhesive left on the windows that I had to point out before leaving. Additionally, there were multiple large scratches on the inside of several windows. Ed acknowledged these and told me they occurred while he removed the tint with a razor blade, and shrugged. I also watched him use a razor blade to remove the remaining adhesive spots I pointed out When contacted Miguel about the scratches, he initially told me they were not caused by his shop and stated they "never use razor blades." After I explained that Ed had personally acknowledged causing the scratches with a razor blade, Miguel admitted that he had not actually seen the car himself. No apology offered. When I asked whether the shop would cover the cost of repairing the scratched windows, Miguel declined, stating that after redoing the tint and issuing a refund, he could not afford to pay for the repairs. I know that older vehicles can present challenges and I was not expecting a flawless install. However, repeated lack of attention to detail, contradictory explanations, and refusal to address damage that occurred while my car was under their care is truly disappointing, and I was ultimately left with scratched windows that now need repair.

Jake was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. There was a slight issue for the rear window tint and they informed me why. I was out of town and could not come back for a touch up. Jake was so kind to offer to stop by and attempt a touch up before my early flight. In the end i went back when i returned from my trip and they re-did the rear window. I am very satisfied with their service. They even washed my vehicle before sending me off. They do have a waiting room with a restroom. I highly recommend!
