Very thorough, and while their price is high it's in line with the area. The issue I had was with their tint jobs. I've had 5 vehicles tinted at Capitol Shine, and while the first 4 were absolutely flawless, the 5th one had to be redone *three* separate times for major issues -- I'm not talking about a little speck of dust here or there, but major contamination. The final time they tinted the last vehicle, they ended up damaging the leather in the car by letting the tinting spray sit on the leather under the window for too long. To their credit, they apologized and refunded me for the tint job -- but I still had to go and have the leather replaced, which was a major pain in the ass. So, if you're looking for detailing - A+ work. If you're looking for tinting, be careful.

I have a Labrador retriever, so you know drool is on every window and surface, and pet fur was in every crevice of my Subaru Forester. Emphasis on the was. The quality of their work is unmatched. If you saw my car once they were done, you wouldn't know I even owned a dog. They cleared the undercarriage of my seats as well. No detail overlooked. I've never hired a mobile detailing service and I'm convinced I won't hire any other than this company. As for the value of their work, you can't beat it. I was thoroughly convinced that prime detailing would only ever cost 500 bucks or higher. Today I learned otherwise. They are VERY fairly priced for the quality of their work.

I highly recommend Nova Mobile Auto Detailing. My 2010 Volvo XC 70 is in great condition but had…read morenot been detailed in a long time. Also, the back compartment was the only interior part of the car my Springer Spaniel, Max, was allowed. For 14.5 plus years my dog Max enjoyed the comfort of his "room" for thousands of miles locally and on road trips. Max passed away recently at the age of 14 years and 8 months and left behind 14 years of his hair imbedded into the back compartment upholstery. So I contacted Anwar, the owner, and explained that just seeing Max's hair in the back of my car has induced tears and sadness as I still grieve for the loss of my best pal. This job was emotional and I needed the hair gone. Most car detail jobs take 2-2.5 hours. To remove Max's hair took over 2.5 hours and it took 5 hours total to complete the detail job. Anwar knew how important it was to comply with my request and had to painstakingly use his machine inch by inch to suck out the hair that much of was underneath the surface. In addition to the back compartment, the entire interior and exterior sparkled with brilliance with a fresh clean smell. The cleaning products used were top shelf. Every part of the job and materials used were stellar. My older model car now looks and smells like a brand new car. And as I continue through the grieving process of missing Max, driving around town today in my shiny, clean and pristine car felt like a big step towards coming to terms with his passing. Thank you Anwar and his hard working young assistant and thank you Nova Mobile Auto Detailing.
