Ok, I needed a laptop cord because one of mine decided not to cooperate any longer. I saw the sign for this place and figured why not, ill support a local business. The owner is smaller built gentlemen who greeted me upon entering with a smile. Then the transaction occured. I told him what I needed and he said he didn't have anymore in stock. After looking around it appered they didn't have very much of anything in stock. I took my old cord and started to walk away. Then he says oh wait look I have just one more right here behind the counter. I'm not one to believe in coincidences, but anyway. He says one price, I tell him that they go for half of that online and he says ok 5 dollars off. I realized it wasn't going to get any better then that and I needed it. I except the price then it happens. Ok with taxes its the original price I quoted you. Hahahaha I just laughed swiped my card and exited the building knowing that he just got one over on me. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this place. EVER!!! Big RIP OFF!!! My son took his computer there not because it was broken but because it wasn't charging. He was told that he needs a new cord so we purchased it through Best buy for less then they quoted us and that wasn't working to charge it so they said that they need to change out the charging port. They said that it will be ready by close of business. Not so much. The next day they tell him it will be ready after 3:00, Okay...almost 2 weeks later, they tell us that his computer needs a new hard drive. Long story short. 3 weeks & $350 later it came home with us and nothing was fixed. They made it worse than before we went in. Don't do it! read more

this guy abi is a crook and will tell you anything to swipe your card do not pay upfront i learned the hard way believe me and he will promise you the world and deliver nothing!!! my computer was worse when i got it back $500 later!!! and he argues like an expert let me tell you beware do not go there have someone come to your home and fix your computer where you are going to use it i promise you this guy is not good he used a pirated copy of word and left the disc in my hard drive and then had the nerve to ask for it back!!! he was teaching some new guy on my computer and i could not even open anything or use my computer when i got it back!!! beware beware i am telling you this guy is a crook!!! read more

The owner of this shop (Abi) is a scam artist, and he's damn good at it. I took my (QuadCore) PC to get repaired, he said he'd need to replace my motherboard and processor and also transfer the data from the hard drive into the new windows he'd have to install. This cost me about $450, about 20%-30% of that went towards new parts, the rest for labor. 2 things went wrong here, he lost everything I needed from my hard drive during the transfer (extremely valuable files to me), this step cost me $150, and he would not refund any of it because he already "put the work in". Next, I find out that my processor was cut in half, I now have 4GB of RAM when I originally had 8GB. So he was carrying my other 4GB at his shop this whole time! So this morning I show up with my PC and let him know. He kept saying "I told you there were only going to be 2 slots on this motherboard", he never said this, but it's my word against his so what can I do?? Why he thought I'd be fine with paying him to replace my motherboard with one that can only carry half my RAM is beyond me! I ask him for the other 4GB's that he kept from me, he claims that he gave it to me, but never did, I know this for a fact. So he checked the back area to see if he still had it, doesn't have it anymore, but gives me someone else's memory and asks me to sign this contract and not come back anymore, at this point I'm infuriated, so I say "ok whatever, can you plug these for a second and power on the PC so I know that they work?".. his response, "No! I'm done with you, if you want me to check this you I'll have to charge you $60 for labor" so I say "it'll take 1 second, if they work fine why cant you just test it for me??" .. his response (you ready for this?) "you know what, I'm not giving you these (4gb) get out of my store" .. at this point I agreed to sign the contract and grab the ghetto rigged memory chips he gave me.
