I've recommended them, defended them, and even did so in-store less than 24 hours before this went sideways. Then it fell apart. I dropped off my laptop at 2:30 p.m. for what I was told was a simple job: remove a RAID controller, copy data, and install a second SSD. I was promised it was "easy," that data transfer was the only real step, and that I'd have it back by 2 p.m. the next day. I was signed up for text updates--none came. At 5:45 p.m. that same day, I called to check in. I was told the transfer was "60-70% done." Two other people heard that call. The next day was a string of delays, missed calls, and vague updates. By 4:30 p.m.--well past the promised deadline--I finally learned the truth: no data had been transferred, no work had been done, and the laptop hadn't even been turned on. (Alienware logs don't lie.) Then came the real problem: Jonas. Instead of owning the failure, he pivoted to condescension and denial--telling me I "don't understand RAID," insisting no one promised a next-day turnaround, claiming my SSD was defective (it isn't), and denying statements multiple people heard firsthand. In short, the story changed, the facts didn't, and I was treated like the problem. Meanwhile, I can't get anyone to tell me my data was safe; I was panicking as any normal person would. I have backups, scattered across several drives and will take days to recover to 90% of what was on the laptop. I got the laptop back around 5 p.m., untouched until 3:30 that afternoon--hours after I was told work was already mostly complete. How do I know this? Because every powerup, every keystroke is logged by the laptop's security system. See shots below: One can see exactly when it was plugged in. Mistakes happen. I can deal with delays and mistakes. We're all human. What I don't tolerate is being misled, talked down to, and effectively called a liar when there's clear evidence otherwise, indicating precisely who did what and when. Curious isn't it, how some business project their own failings onto others, rather than just honestly owning the problem and making it right? That's how I manage my clients, anyway. Explain the failure, offer a solution, make it right, and everybody stays friendly. I'd never consider insulting a client; it cost a lot to gain them, and it's easily 30X more costly to lose one. Clients share experiences. Here, and elsewhere. And people trust those shares of personal experiences. shared on review sites. As I'll do on every review site I can find after the insults tossed at me. What a shame; my most trusted go-to gone means now finding their replacement.

I worked for this company for four years, so I had the opportunity to see how it operates from the inside. During that time, I became increasingly uncomfortable with the owner's approach to business. In my opinion, profit consistently takes priority over fairness and long-term customer relationships. I processed and closed out hundreds of invoices, and I often felt uneasy about what customers were being charged compared to actual material costs and labor involved. While every business needs to make a profit, there's a difference between fair pricing and maximizing every dollar possible regardless of the impact on the customer. Equipment and materials were frequently sourced from common retail stores such as Costco, Walmart, and Home Depot, then marked up significantly. Even when customers provided their own equipment, service pricing was often adjusted in a way that kept the overall cost in the same range. To be fair, the technicians themselves are skilled and work hard. I would rate the team around a 7.5-8/10 in terms of workmanship. However, communication and pricing transparency are areas where improvement is needed. Overall, I would encourage customers to do their research, ask detailed questions, and compare pricing before committing. In my experience, the less informed a customer is, the more they may end up paying. read more

I hired this company to work on my computer. I was in a really bad situation before hiring them. I went to 3 other companies and they wanted $1,000 or more to fix my issue. This was the 4th one I tried and they fixed it and for only $400. I was shocked at the cost and professionalism I had recieved so I went ahead and thought I would leave a review so other people would know about them. Also please please if youre reading this make sure that you have a really good updated virus program because I had hackers encrypt my data and hold it for randsom. My recommendation for future business practices with alarm companies like SAS Alarms. Read all of the terms and conditions of the conditions of the agreement before you sign any agreement. Any questions you have or doubts don't sign until you get advice from a professional it will save you money and time. You may find that you more responsibility to be in compliance with alarm companies terms and conditions than you expected. Clauses like the company is not responsible for any verbal promises made by employees. The credit application is not only a credit worthiness. It can be used against future credit ratings if not fully in compliance or back out of the contract for unforeseen reasons or dissatisfaction. Watch your credit card charges you many be charged for services even as I was which can result in a credit card dispute. Do not rely on the office manager or billing clerk to correct anything you think is wrong. Above all remember you cannot rely on verbal promises it changes as much as the weather in Las Vegas. If you cancel your system, your fault their fault or not satisfied the service. Keep in mind that credit application it can be used against you in unfavorable credit reporting. A question never asked, does anyone have power of attorney over your actions the answer is YES. My daughter and the point of contact for any emergencies that may arise. Any future comments or concerns may addressed to her. Brian Laffery is the sales representative who initialed the agreement on the inactive alarm system in my home. He did a through floor plan agreed to my terms to keep the current system in place and have the installer check the all circuits to insure they were still active and install a new attachment to the current panel box for $99 dollar install with $49.50 up front $49.50 upon completion using my credit card. My questions was there a requirement for a credit application on the original only and why didn't appear on my copy?? Why did Brian never consult with me on the reverse side of the additional terms and conditions of the agreement. Which may have been a factor in accepting or rejecting the S&S agreement. Side didn't notice it for months after signing it with a friend point it out to me? Installer took about 20 minutes to install an attachment to the Control Panel. I pointed out all the window, movement and door circuits, inside screamer. outside bell which notifies neighbors since it my be ancient to the young installer. I request a new battery for the control panel, and couldn't remember the last it was replaced and didn't want a communication breakdown!! I was told by the installer that the office manager/billing clerk it was $59 plus tax which had to be paid upon install??? Why would a battery be charged against a if a completing new system for $99 same billing clerk charge $199 for install to my credit card Disputed with credit card company had one other isse with another credit on the account Is currently inactive with a new credit card pending. Issue of a password, some how after checks of the system technician set up the security password to this system not Brian, with in Bold Letter Attention is directed to Conditions on the Reverse Side and had me back date it 3/4/2026. More than a questionable business practice!!! I am awaiting a response from your company with a detailed explanations of each of your business practices. No accredation with the Better Business Bureau and which can be referred to the AARP Nevada stop Scams and Fraud hot hotline!

While it certainly shouldn't have taken so long, I commend management and techs for sticking with it and us and getting it done. They did not abandon us; they finished the job. And it works great. We had a near break-in of our home the day before with my daughter in the house. So scary!! That same night I installed some new steel door bar handles. The very next day I went to get this Ring Doorbell Pro from the store, and on the same morning I asked Security Camera Las Vegas for a quote. Farzad came back with a message to me less than 30 minutes later, and with a very reasonable price. I asked I could do it only if he could come the same day, and told him my reason I needed it installed so quickly. He agreed and said family safety is a priority! He would be by our house no problem after I got off work. Farzad is very friendly and very versed on these new Ring video doorbells. His install was quick and efficient, he helped with getting us setup with Ring accounts too! We tested they Ring doorbell and he made some final adjustments. Professional and courteous! Farzad even gave me a quick tutorial on some of the Ring doorbell settings and how to make some simple changes to maximize the camera view.
