The room was clean and it had a nice sized bathroom and shower. Good water pressure from the shower. Oddly enough there wasn't any bar soaps in the room. There was lotion, body wash, and shampoo in the mounted pumps on the wall. The bed was comfortable and there wasn't any noises or weird issues throughout the night. A nice stay with a decent hot breakfast to get us going the next day. I would stay at this location again if I was in the area.

He was kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, he was the only positive part of our experience. The room itself was unacceptable. It smelled like a wet dog from the moment we walked in. There was random hair throughout the room, stains all over the chair, a spider in the room, and the mini fridge didn't even work. It felt dirty and poorly maintained. One of the biggest frustrations was that the hotel never disclosed that the air conditioning is controlled by motion sensors. Every night around 4:00 a.m., the AC would shut off while we were sleeping, leaving us waking up hot and sweating. If you're going to use a system like that, guests should at least be informed. The bathroom experience wasn't any better. There was no shower gel our first day. It was finally replaced, but when we went to use it the second night, the pump didn't work--so once again, no soap. The complimentary makeup wipes were completely dried out and wouldn't remove makeup at all. Then, to top it all off, after checkout we were charged $50 for a "damaged" towel because we had to use shampoo on a washcloth to remove our makeup after the hotel's makeup wipes failed. Charging guests for something that resulted from your own lack of working amenities is unbelievable. I contacted the general manager Carry, hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and actually hung up on me. Her response was essentially that they didn't care because the hotel would be undergoing renovations soon. That level of customer service is unacceptable. Between the dirty room, broken amenities, misleading AC system, constant noise from what sounded like a stampede of rhinos running around in the room above us, and the complete lack of professionalism from management, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. If you're considering staying here, be prepared to significantly lower your expectations. This hotel not only failed to provide a clean, comfortable stay, but also chose to nickel-and-dime guests instead of taking responsibility for its own shortcomings. I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on a recent trip and truly enjoyed our stay!!…read more When we first checked in, we were greeted warmly by staff and the process was quick! We got up to our room and the room felt fairly large! There was a walk in closet, 2 very comfortable queen beds and a couch seating area that does pull out. There was a mini fridge as well! We opted to have our room cleaned only once while we were there and they did a lovely job! We also did their free breakfast! It was typically yogurt, turkey or pork sausage patties, eggs, waffle, cereal, fruit, oatmeal and muffins/breads. There is bound to be something you like. There is a Panda Express across the parking lot, a slim chicken within walking distance and some other fast food fairly close. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone!

Very nice location. Very clean rooms and very nice staff upon checking in. The rooms do not contain valuables safes.

I would recommend better lighting on the full length mirrors in the main part of the room. The heating and cooling was also quite temperamental. Accessibility to a microwave for leftovers from the downstairs restaurants would also be ideal. 3 stars. The general hotel layout feels quite disjointed. The lobby has a cigar and jewelry store that feels out of place. The placement of the lobby restrooms in reference to any other part of the lobby or Ovest Via seems unnecessarily distant. Sufficient parking for all of the businesses inside/connected to the hotel seems to be an issue. 3 stars.

Something about no alcohol license at the hotel... The small keurig coffeemaker in the room gave me fits so I gave up (even after they switched out the one that wasn't working), and just went down to the lobby for coffee in the morning A minor thing: I didn't care for the soaps which smelled, to me, like old-fashioned men's aftershave. But other than these few minor things, I would definitely return on my next visit! Oh yeah, and don't forget Matt's Big Breakfast is also there...! Lots going for this boutique and classy establishment. Book it. You won't be sorry!

Extremely disappointing stay at what was advertised as a premium Hilton property…read more I was booked at The Inverness Denver for 2 weeks in February 2026 and it was one of the poorest hotel experiences I've had. Within minutes of entering the room, I noticed that the HVAC return air filter was heavily loaded with dust, with visible buildup on both the filter and vent grille. The room also had significant dust accumulation on furniture, lamps, artwork, horizontal surfaces, and behind furniture. The balcony furniture was dirty, the screen door had a hole in it and did not operate properly, and several pieces of furniture and wall surfaces showed noticeable wear. The room simply did not appear to have been properly prepared before check-in. I immediately documented everything with photos and emailed the hotel's guest services team and General Manager. We also spoke with the front desk in person. Rather than offering another room or clearly explaining how the issue would be resolved, I was asked to return later and "check the room" myself after housekeeping finished. When I asked how long my room would be unavailable, I was simply asked, "How long will you be gone today?" Housekeeping replaced the HVAC filter after I complained, but the broader cleanliness issues remained throughout the stay. Dust continued to accumulate on surfaces, and I ultimately brought my own air purifier into the room because the air quality still felt poor. Even after running the purifier continuously, a surprising amount of dust collected on the filter during the two-week stay. Many of my personal belongings accumulated a sizable amount of dust while in the room. Housekeeping quality was also inconsistent. On multiple occasions the bed was not properly made, including repeated instances where the mattress protector/sheet did not fully cover the mattress after housekeeping serviced the room. This happened even after I had already raised concerns about room cleanliness. Communication throughout the stay was equally frustrating. The General Manager never responded directly to my documented concerns. The only acknowledgment was a small gift basket left in the room containing snacks and drink tickets, which did not meaningfully address the issues. There were also multiple communication problems unrelated to cleanliness. I was never informed about vehicle registration or parking procedures during check-in and had to return to the front desk later to ask whether I even needed to register my vehicle. Resort fee charges were also never explained. I was charged $30/night the duration of my stay for a resort fee at booking and staff was unable to explain what benefits were actually included and told me my booking did not include resort credit, regardless of me paying this nightly resort fee. Adding to the frustration, there were unexpected staff interruptions during the stay, including hotel maintenance personnel arriving at my room for issues I had never reported and a luggage cart being delivered to my room that I had never requested. I had hoped this experience would be addressed through Hilton's customer service process before posting a public review, but after exhausting those avenues, I felt it was important to share my experience so future guests can make an informed decision.

However, as a Hilton Honors Member, I advise caution when choosing this location. First, THE GOOD: * Great location- across from Centennial Airport so when you fly in on JSX, easy commute. And back over to THE PERFECT LANDING for a great breakfast watching private planes take off and land! Central to all South of and including the Denver Tech Center. Safe area. * Good rates. Probably will see "the why" they are less expensive than other locations in my "not good" section. * Parking "included." Now, THE BAD: *Get a gander at the video posted of the INOPERABLE bathroom door! On DAY TWO AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED! No privacy. *Must be rationed toilet paper. Ran out of the first tiny piece of roll the first night after my 10:45 PM arrival. And then the tiny little sub-roll on day two with no back-up roll in place. *The remote stopped working when I got back to the room after 9PM. Called, was brought a new remote, went to bed, woke up and THE NEW REMOTE DOESN'T WORK !" *The egg bites on the breakfast bar were cold. Seemed barely heated so -yuck!" On night #3 the all-important pocket door to the restroom was repaired and they brought me some TP. (And TBF- the on-duty manager did all within her power.
