We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on a recent trip and truly enjoyed our stay!! When we first checked in, we were greeted warmly by staff and the process was quick! We got up to our room and the room felt fairly large! There was a walk in closet, 2 very comfortable queen beds and a couch seating area that does pull out. There was a mini fridge as well! We opted to have our room cleaned only once while we were there and they did a lovely job! We also did their free breakfast! It was typically yogurt, turkey or pork sausage patties, eggs, waffle, cereal, fruit, oatmeal and muffins/breads. There is bound to be something you like. There is a Panda Express across the parking lot, a slim chicken within walking distance and some other fast food fairly close. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone! read more

The suites are very accommodating. I got a two bedroom that has a desk area in room,microwave, refrigerator, ironing board coffee maker. They have a small indoor pool with 19 person occupancy. There is a small business center but inside your room there is a desk area where you can do work. They provide a morning breakfast which includes waffle station oatmeal station, hot and cold cereal, eggs sausage, yogurt, coffee, bagels, toast, cream cheese with all the fixings. Very nice location. Very clean rooms and very nice staff upon checking in. The rooms do not contain valuables safes. read more

Horrible! My best friend was getting married in Parker, we flew in morning of due to work obligation. Called three months ahead of time to make sure we can get early check in due to pulling all nighter - said no issues. I even said if we have to pay for night before we will - they weren't worried and said no issues with getting an early check in at 8am. Day of - we are now waiting to get into a room! cleaning staff doesn't get in til 9am apparently it takes them 4 hours to clean one room? ridiculous! We are now having to struggle to be awake for 40 hours because of their false promises! If you're planning a visit here for a wedding book at the Hampton no one there is having issues! read more

This hotel looks nice and the room was fancy modern and clean. The bathroom door is a blurred glass so if you turn on the lights in the bathroom it lights up the entire room and destroys your eyes. The couch was nice you can take the back cushions off and make it a bed and there is a trundle bed underneath all beds were squishy. The pool was small and narrow plus they didn't have a hot tub. Our room was literally falling apart, failing to kill our grandson only by luck of timing. On April 22, 2023, my wife and I were lying on our beds, watching a movie with our 4 year-old grandson resting on my lap. Suddenly, an eight foot-long piece of 1x5 trim crashed to the floor at our feet. It had been overhanging a sliding door to our bathroom. The board and its side parts had been attached to the door frame with the flimsiest of pneumatic finishing nails, the size of bulk-staples for paper, without construction adhesive or screws. Other trim around the door was also loose. If that board had fallen fifteen minutes earlier, while my grandson was running around at the foot of our beds, it could well have killed him. I reported this situation to the manager - that our grandson could have been killed on his watch - but, nearly two weeks later, I still have heard nothing from him. I also reported the incident to the head of the building department in Parker, who assures me that the manager has been instructed to rehang that piece of trim in all rooms ASAP. I will press the building department to confirm that it has followed up because, from experience, I can't imagine this manager springing into action. For two of our four nights stay, housekeeping failed to do our room, despite two promises from the desk that it would be done. We also saw trash deposited on the floor by the elevator, suggesting that other patrons had not been serviced either. We had hoped to use this hotel again, because it is close to our son's house. Needless to say, we will seek other lodging. My advice: Stay away! read more

First off, we really enjoyed our until we were thrown out. I was recovering from surgery, and was staying in the hotel to be close to our doctor and hospital across the street in case there were any post-surgery complications. If you are not thrown out you will likely enjoy your stay. The rooms were: · nice and clean · the beds were comfortable · decent TV selection · good breakfast bar Beware of the manager Tish though, and the janitor/breakfast attendant (who handles both trash and food with no gloves). I was in front of the sausage tray when the janitor/breakfast bar attendant ran into me with the food cart when I was basically standing still. I had very recently had surgery and internal stitches, and was wearing 2 pain pumps intravenously connected to me to cope with the horrible discomfort. For reasons beyond me the janitor blamed her running a food cart into me. Too be clear here I was standing next to the bar, so when she suddenly appeared around the corner from the hallway- I was sandwiched between her cart and the breakfast bar. The cart missed, but our arms bumped. I was carrying an apple juice in one hand and a burrito and bagel on a plate in the other, and managed not to spill. So, while the breakfast bar/janitor was incredibly rude and reckless, and just glared at me afterwards- I thought I had been through the worst of it. However, by the time this was all over I had to beg to be allowed to check out of the hotel immediately, if the manager, Tish, would refrain from calling the police, and not charge me with aggravated assault. At first, I was just accused of "bumping into" the breakfast attendant/janitor, but later the two changed her story claiming that I deliberately with malice cross-checked her with my elbow. The funny thing is that I was staying at the hotel to convalesce because the doctor warned that just riding in a car as a passenger might cause might stiches to rupture and result in internal bleeding. We were staying there just so I could safely rest and recover. Despite this the manager, Tish, accused me of deliberate assault , and got right in my face in the lobby and shouting: "I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOTEL!!! I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOTEL!!!" & "I AM CALLING THE POLICE". Again, this was all due the janitor running the cart into the lobby so fast, that was not able to stop her momentum. I was standing in the wrong place at the wrong time. The manager and janitor were friends acting like "mean girls". The two just kept escalating the situation. I was just trying to get safely back to my room. My wife and I had to immediately cancelled our reservation because we were afraid of Tish- she seemed unstable and we had no idea what she would pull next. Again, when in the lobby I was forced to swear to her that I would immediately check out if she would just not call the police, and have me arrested for assault. Even though we were being forced to cancel our- my wife had to argue with Tish to get our reservation refunded though: Fri, May 27, 2022 - Sat, May 28, 2022 Confirmation Number: 80196869 [I am happy to answer any questions about this] Fortunately, we had a couple of days prior to rest and recover before being thrown out. [I am perusing this inform Marriott about this unhinged unconscionable turn of events.] This is obviously actionable, so if any one knows any good lawyers? Better Call Saul- seriously though I am sure that Tish, that manager, never reported any of this, and this is a very winnable case, so I am very serious about finding representation. Not joking- this is a serious matter, and having to deal with this while recovering post opt makes this all worse. Had I not been sick and drowsy from medication- this would have turned out differently. Instead, the only thing that I said to either of them before Tish, the manager, yelled "I AM CALLING THE POLICE" was to state in my defense that I was just basically standing still or barely moving, and that the breakfast bar attendant/janitor ran into me. Literally I said nothing to them beyond this before I was Tish, the manager yelled "I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOTEL!!! I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOTEL!!!" At one point the breakfast bar attendant/janitor stood in place screaming at me from the opposite lobby for several minutes. The lobby was full of guests who tried to ignore her as if she had Tourette Syndrome. Honestly if there was a video that showed what happened at 9am in the SpringHill Suites Denver Parker lobby it could be posted on YouTube next to wild Walmart shoppers going out of control. Had it not been for two "mean girls" bullying what was basically an invalid I would give 5-STARS. I am in the process of trying to connect with the General Manager, and am trying to find a way .to report this to Marriott. IIt is likely that I am not the first guest to be threatened by Tish, the manager, and likely no the last. UNINHABITABLE! This new hotel has way too many technical issues, but the Staff, including the GM, do not want to hear about them. Here is just a sampling of the issues with the rooms (since we had to move 3 times during our short stay): - Random USB power ports in each room do not work - Hotel ran out of breakfast food 90 minutes before the end of breakfast - Housekeeping did not remove dirty glasses from the room. - Phones are randomly out of order - Coffee machine does not work - Mini fridge does not work - Not all rooms have access to the WiFi - No hooks in the bathrooms to place your clothes or towels - Only provided two sets of towels, but we were 3 guests in the room However, the most annoying characteristic of the room is the CONSTANT CLATTERING of the bathroom fan whenever the wind blows outside. This random metal on metal sound occurs at all hours of the night, and the Asst GM (Toby) said, "There's nothing we can do about it!" Marcus and Alex on the front desk were fine to work with and very apologetic for the inferior property. Stay away from this hotel. The management staff does not live up to Marriott brand, and there are much better value properties around the corner! read more

Reserved 2 Queen bed room. Got a king because they gave away all the queens. Oh yes, I forgot, that's in the fine print of the deal. Trundle bed stunk. Haven't had that bad of a back ache in years. And the heat register? For such a new place, the bearings on the motor shouldn't be burning out so soon. Every 20 minutes, it sounded like an old Prop airplane flew through our room. My experience was most likely negatively impacted by the pandemic. The hotel itself was new and beautiful. My bedroom had high ceilings, was tastefully decorated, had a neat desk area and was great all around. Breakfast was mediocre (which may be because of the pandemic and the need for added protections. I don't know). The hotel is close to Parker Adventist Hospital which is why I chose it. Walking to the hospital turned out to be challenging as the street lights system was not pedestrian friendly. After a failed attempt, I decided to drive and it felt a lot safer. I probably will try this place again and update my review. read more

When trying to figure out where to stay, this was one of three hotels recommended to me by a friend. The price was right so I booked my reservation. Upon arrival, the staff was great, they did an excellent job of making you feel welcome. The suite itself definitely met and actually exceeded my expectations. I stayed here for 2 nights, and the hotel was comfortable. It's a relatively new hotel so it was very clean. Safe neighborhood. Bed were comfortable and so were the pillows. There's a $50 flat rate to have a pet if you bring your dog along. Front staff was really polite and friendly. There's a small gym with weights and cardio equipment as well as a small swimming pool next door. I wish they had some fresh, warm food options for breakfast, but other than that, absolutely no complaints about this place. Would return again if I'm visiting colorado. read more

Check in was supposed to be at 3 and was actually closer to 5 but the front desk was polite and very apologetic. Rooms are clean and nice enough. We came to Parker with our kids to do last minute school shopping and as one last weekend away before school started. We picked this hotel because the pool looked nice on their website when in reality my daughters kiddy pool at home is bigger and has an inflatable slide. I'm a manager at a Marriott location nearby, however I am not 21. They wouldn't make an acceptation even though I turn 21 in less than a month and I provided my explore rate form. If you're able to work at a Marriott hotel under 21 then you should be able to have access to all the benefits provided. I reserved this room through Priceline. We got a great price for this nice room. I reserved for me and my 3 kids. This suite even had a trundle bed on the sofa. Me and my kids were absolutely pleased with the room and it was very clean. The customer service is A1. All staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 days and would definitely stay again.
