Extremely disappointing stay at what was advertised as a premium Hilton property I was booked at The Inverness Denver for 2 weeks in February 2026 and it was one of the poorest hotel experiences I've had. Within minutes of entering the room, I noticed that the HVAC return air filter was heavily loaded with dust, with visible buildup on both the filter and vent grille. The room also had significant dust accumulation on furniture, lamps, artwork, horizontal surfaces, and behind furniture. The balcony furniture was dirty, the screen door had a hole in it and did not operate properly, and several pieces of furniture and wall surfaces showed noticeable wear. The room simply did not appear to have been properly prepared before check-in. I immediately documented everything with photos and emailed the hotel's guest services team and General Manager. We also spoke with the front desk in person. Rather than offering another room or clearly explaining how the issue would be resolved, I was asked to return later and "check the room" myself after housekeeping finished. When I asked how long my room would be unavailable, I was simply asked, "How long will you be gone today?" Housekeeping replaced the HVAC filter after I complained, but the broader cleanliness issues remained throughout the stay. Dust continued to accumulate on surfaces, and I ultimately brought my own air purifier into the room because the air quality still felt poor. Even after running the purifier continuously, a surprising amount of dust collected on the filter during the two-week stay. Many of my personal belongings accumulated a sizable amount of dust while in the room. Housekeeping quality was also inconsistent. On multiple occasions the bed was not properly made, including repeated instances where the mattress protector/sheet did not fully cover the mattress after housekeeping serviced the room. This happened even after I had already raised concerns about room cleanliness. Communication throughout the stay was equally frustrating. The General Manager never responded directly to my documented concerns. The only acknowledgment was a small gift basket left in the room containing snacks and drink tickets, which did not meaningfully address the issues. There were also multiple communication problems unrelated to cleanliness. I was never informed about vehicle registration or parking procedures during check-in and had to return to the front desk later to ask whether I even needed to register my vehicle. Resort fee charges were also never explained. I was charged $30/night the duration of my stay for a resort fee at booking and staff was unable to explain what benefits were actually included and told me my booking did not include resort credit, regardless of me paying this nightly resort fee. Adding to the frustration, there were unexpected staff interruptions during the stay, including hotel maintenance personnel arriving at my room for issues I had never reported and a luggage cart being delivered to my room that I had never requested. I had hoped this experience would be addressed through Hilton's customer service process before posting a public review, but after exhausting those avenues, I felt it was important to share my experience so future guests can make an informed decision. read more

We stayed here for a few days and I didn't want to leave because the employees were so great! They really made us feel welcome and took very good care of us. During our time at the Inverness we got to know a few of the employees and each time we ran into them they would take a few minutes to chat with us and strike up a brief conversation and it never felt forced or fake they were genuinely friendly. The entire time we were there I felt like we were in a Hilton commerical. Although I'm not a fan of Starbucks coffee, the barista at the hotel cafe has a magic touch because every morning I was giddy about how delicous my selected drinks came out. I felt terrible for placing a room service order 20 minutes before room service was about to end, but our order arrived so quickly and the employee making the delivery was so genuinely grateful and thanked us for placing an order and supporting them. When we were at the pool an employee came to check on us to see if we needed anything and was just so nice. When I went to the front desk because I had gotten stung by a bee or wasp they gave me an ice pack and antibiotic ointment. A few hours later the pain returned and when we texted them to see if we could come down to get another ice pack we didn't get a text back so we called the front desk and they told us one was already on its way up to our room and sure enough less than a minute later someone was already at our door with the ice pack. I mean from the moment we reached out on text to the time we got the ice pack felt like less than 3 minutes! The hotel offers free shuttle service anywhere within a 4 mile radius of the property and we used that service a few times including getting picked up from the light rail station and each employee we interacted with was friendly and full of tips on places to eat. Our room was clean with no strong cleaning agent scents (that's been a thing at some hotels I've checked into lately) and the bed and pillows were so comfortable I got great sleep every night. I'll also say that we had some special sightings here of people who apparently often stay at this hotel that you wouldn't expect to spot at a random Hilton in Englewood. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.. Today. Saturday Feb 28, 2026... 3:40pm Backstory is.. I came into town to manage a biz event. I barely started to get my set up together, but I couldnt because the room was too small with large round tables taking up space.. we originally had two separate event rooms to accommodate for nearly 30 kids plus a handful of my team providers. Well I did what I do best, one of our rooms was taken back, so we only ended up with one room and had to provide a whole safe daycare and so we had to make arrangements. & make it work. Which meant getting rid of the tables so kids can actively play without any incidents in the way. That was my ONLY request... Tall banquet guy, possibly lead banquet during that shift? Has the worst hospitality. He was so aggressively judgmental towards me and kept undermining my event plans all because he didnt want to do his job... it's time for a new job buddy.. clearly aint happy. He had the audacity to raise his voice at me... My client was in charge of her event next to me, witnessed it all and I am the manager in charge of my event. He got so vulgar with me and I only requested ONE time.. that I needed to get tables removed. He yelled saying "WE ARENT MOVING ANYTHING ELSE AFTER THIS THAT IS IT! Your room plan seating makes no sense! Dont ask us to bring them back. I am not moving anything anymore after this, I keep making these moves! You aren't making sense with this!" First of all.. I barley came into work.. and that was my first and only request.. what does it matter if it doesnt make sense to him? It's my event set up? Undermining me & giving me nasty judgy looks is so unacceptable. & Whoever he "helped" prior had nothing to do with me. And second, as a banquets worker... that's your job. I wasn't disrespectful nor was I taking advantage in any way "because it's his job". His response and behavior was so uncalled for. My Client and I tried reporting him, I just hope the hotel gets better employees. Now let me not criticize everyone in here. But that was enough to not do business here if they allow and give this type of hospitality. read more

Husband's company had a dinner party and awards banquet here and got rooms for everyone. It was so nice! Live classical music in a dimly lit bar area, the large event rooms were setup beautifully. The hotel itself is Hilton all the way! Luxury, quality, exactly what you'd expect from a Hilton. This resort had a great spa as well. The pillows, I have to say, were PERFECT. And such nice bathroom amenities. Gorgeous marble and modern luxe finishing touches. We ordered room service which came quickly, hot and delicious. Their Mac and cheese was incredible! I definitely recommend this particular hotel resort to those traveling or needing a stay-cation like us! read more

I liked this hotel. I was here for a conference and the grounds were very enjoyable. I got to play pickleball and did a golf contest. The staff was very friendly and I love their little coffee shop. I didn't stay at this hotel so I can't speak to the rooms but I can say if you're attending a conference this is a great location to have it at! read more

I've been here at their conference room and to the Breckenridge Brewery. The pastries and coffee they had for a meeting were awesome. I didn't interact with the staff, but the conference room was pretty standard. It did have like four large projector screens, which was great. Parking can be a bit of a walk, but this is Colorado so it doesn't matter. read more

Did a staycation here and it was the perfect escape from the city! Super convenient if you have a wedding south of Denver, or a concert at fiddlers green nearby. Rooms and lobby are very clean, as well as the pool and spa. Really enjoyed my facial at the spa, as well as dinner at Breckenridge brewery ale house! I've stayed at econo lodges that have had cleaner and nicer hotel rooms. I shared my $219 room with a large family of moths!

This is a review of their Sunday buffet. While pricey at $69/person it is one of the most extensive buffets I have seen in the country. Live band. Crab legs, prime rib with horseradish cream, mussels and shrimp cold bar, sushi and sashimi, including some excellent seasoned poke dishes; duck confit, lamb chops, a huge chicken pot pie, fruits and salads, pastries and cakes in dessert bar. Champagne bar is extra. Nice ambience overlooking the golf course and pond. Staff friendly and attentive. Very relaxing vibe with the live band playing gently in the background. A special occasion place (sells out fast around the holidays). read more

We were at the Inverness for a wedding, and all was wonderful. Great room, coffee was great, beautiful location. My only reason for not giving it a full five was the wedding coordinator. She was very brash and rude to our family, especially to the parents of the bride and groom. She had absolutely no understanding for people or tolerance for anything, and was even unkind and pushy to our older guests. While it may be a small matter, one bad apple ruins the bunch, and she made the wedding more difficult than it needed to be. She needs anger management or something, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay. read more

Had a fantastic stay here for four nights while working near by. Tons of parking (unless there is an event going on! But you can also valet which is included with your stay). Lobby is beautiful and check in was smooth and staff was exceptional. I was on the 5th floor looking over the golf course, it was really nice room. Bed and pillows are very comfortable (extremely important since I do spend a lot of my time in hotels). Was clean and didn't have any weird smells. Bath room is small but plenty of space. The shower was nice, pressure was good and it heated up quickly! Each morning I had breakfast downstairs and the staff again was always wonderful! Buffett had a nice selection and was also delicious. Elevators also was quick and never had to wait for long! The gym is located on the ground floor next to the spa and pool and it was great! Had plenty of cardio equipment, nice weights, Bosu ball, some weighted balls, Trx, box, even some kettle bells! Had some nice towels and even cold towels available. One of the nights they did have two parties and ordered room service (that was also great), and didn't have any issues with noise. Close to lots of places to eat, there is also lots of shops and a beautiful mall near by! I would stay here again! Highly recommended. read more

We chose Inverness as our first choice for our out of town guest for my daughters wedding and to host the rehearsal dinner. Our rental car was parked in front of the tennis courts, along with many other guests. I had left several wedding items in the back seat and few items in the front passengers side that all needed to be brought to our actual wedding venue in Sedalia @ The Sanctuary the following day. I checked in at 8pm went down to my car @ 8am, to found two windows were broken and "selected" items stolen. Hotel managment was not concerned, we were told no security cameras, they were completely non responsive & were directed to call a non emengency number. The Sheriff came to the site & told us this happens several times a week at this specific resort & they still haven't made or implimented the necessary security changes which is very hard to believe. We learned the following day another bride & grooms car was broken into and all their gifts & envelopes were stolen. What a horrible experience this was for my daughter, son in law and all of our family that was involved in this crime. We had numerous valuable items stolen and still no one is held accountable. Horrible dissapointment and experience for our family during a very special time. This "luxury hotel" is target rich for thefts, and vandilsm. We suspect this may be an inside job and we are are all their targeted victims. This seems to be a common issue that Hilton chooses to turn their heads on. Hilton Denver Inverness: Where They Charge You, Lock You Out, and Charge You Again Ah, Hilton Denver Inverness, the hotel where you can pay in full, get locked out of your own room daily, and still somehow owe them more money. The Great Hilton Heist I booked my stay. I fully paid for my stay with another card. Yet somehow, Hilton kept charging MY card too. I asked for an itemized receipt to see what I was even paying for. They refused to provide one. So now, I have no idea where my money went, how much they actually took, or why they decided I should pay more AFTER I had already checked out. To make it worse, they held over $1,850 of my funds hostage the entire time, leaving me financially stuck. And then, days after checkout--bam! Another $425 charge. For what? A mystery fee? A penalty for daring to leave? Hilton's "We Weren't Done Squeezing You Yet" charge? No explanation. No receipt. Just a charge. Locked Out Like a Criminal If being financially trapped wasn't bad enough, Hilton made sure I physically couldn't get into my room either--by locking me out. Every. Single. Day. Paid in full? Still locked out. Wearing a leg brace, awaiting ACL surgery? Limp to the front desk anyway. Told it's a "system error" while other guests get in just fine? Sure. They had one job--let the guy who paid thousands of dollars into his room. But apparently, that was too much to ask. A Masterclass in Filth Checked into my room, and within minutes it was clear that housekeeping here is just a suggestion. Black hair in the bathroom sink, counter, and shower--not mine. A broken coffee machine. Dust and debris like no one had stayed there in months. Stale air so bad I had to ask for a humidifier. So I asked for a different room. They moved me. And guess what? Same issues. At that point, I realized the only thing Hilton does consistently is disappoint. Management: Now You See Them, Now You Don't Need help? Good luck. Michaela Fitzgerald (GM)? MIA. Monica (Assistant Manager)? Dismissed me. Jensen Rogers (Assistant Manager)? Laughed at my situation in front of other guests. Yes, laughed. Because apparently, Hilton thinks it's funny when guests get overcharged, locked out, and treated like an afterthought. Final Verdict: A Hilton That Acts Like a Shady Motel This hotel took my money, wasted my time, and made it clear they don't care. If you want a place that charges you at random, refuses to give you an itemized bill, locks you out of your own room, and treats you like an inconvenience when you ask for help--this is the place for you. The first thing you notice about this place is the off the charts noise. To be fair we were there for a wedding and another wedding event was happening at the same time. I had a glass of Breckinridge Palisade Peach wheat beer that I liked it quite a lot. Bookguy had a Strawberry Letters cocktail with vodka,strawberry, lemon juice, almond syrup and bitters. The property is beautiful however we stayed here for one night recently, and had a pretty poor experience. Room was fine but the restaurant was out of several things at dinner such as multiple different types of wine on their menu and could not make a dirty martini. No olives. We got married in 2023 and my husband and I (as well as ALL OF OUR GUESTS) stayed at the hotel inverness. This review is specifically for a LEONARD BEAN. I am not sure how far up the ladder this man goes but he was the one we had communicated with in setting up a wedding block for our guests. We had a certain number of rooms blocked off and was told that if we have X amount of guests at our wedding we should have X amount of rooms blocked off. Makes sense right? We did as we were told as we didnt know any better. Soon we found out that part of our invitees had reserved places in other locations in effort to save money (totally understandable). As soon as we found out, we had contacted him IMMEDIATELY. We were informed that we would have to fill the block or pay for the rooms individually. We begged our guests to book at the hotel. When our wonderful guests called to book their stay, they did not qualify for our block as they did not stay every night that the block was reserved for. Some of our friends did book regardless out of fear of losing rooms as they were told that they were booking out for that weekend. Long story short, we were held liable for ALL THE UNBOOKED ROOMS (despite the fact that we had our guests staying at the hotel, since they did not stay the whole weekend, the rooms were deemed unclaimed) ERIN W. WORKED ENDLESSLY with us to try to minimize our costs. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She understood where we were coming from and did everything she could. We were able to get our bill down to EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS. We were still on the hook since we did sign a contract but we were able to at least utilize the money for our guests as we were able to cover all of our guests paid breakfast as well as suites for our wedding party. If it were up to Leonard or 'Leo' we were to have a bunch of empty rooms that we were to pay full price for. I get it. We signed a contract. This is why we paid what Erin was able to work out for us. I cant help but feel that we were almost tricked? into putting more rooms in our block with no communication that our guests had to book for EVERY NIGHT of the block and that we would then be liable for the empty rooms our guests attempted to fill for us even though they tried to book somewhere else due to costs. Do NOT Choose The Inverness - Marriott nearby is the better choice  The Hotel Itself:  We received multiple complaints about how gross their rooms were, including our own wedding "suite" (see picture below of the wallpaper falling off). If you have a west facing suite like ours, your view isn't of the mountains but of the large blue IKEA building. The 5th floor (the top floor) was extremely hot during our stay and felt as if there was no AC on. There were moths in a number of our guests' rooms and the wait times for elevators was LONG and they are VERY old and slow.  Our experience:  We chose the Inverness for our own wedding night and for our guests traveling in for our wedding Memorial Day Weekend.  To start, the room block rates provided to our guests by the Inverness were higher than the rates guests could find online themselves - which caused frustration & confusion with our guests. One of the reasons we chose the Hilton Inverness was due to the hotel shuttles they'd provide to & from wedding venue if we reached a minimum reservation of 35 rooms/nights. However, once the final guest count for 91 rooms was submitted (at above market rate) they did not provide enough shuttles to accommodate leaving us to procure a 3rd shuttle last minute (for additional cost).  They higher room charges for nearly double the room commitment should have easily covered this and the Hilton should have planned for, provided and covered the add'l transportation in accordance to our hotel guest count. We shouldn't have had to accrue the extra costs nor the subsequent stress.   When evaluating whether to choose the Hilton Inverness or the Marriott nearby, we were told, as a thank you for choosing the Inverness as our wedding hotel destination, we were eligible for a "Event Planner Bonus" and would receive "Hilton Honor Bonus Points for every eligible dollar spent" including sleeping room, food and beverage, etc. When originally discussed during the contract process, these points would be awarded in correlation to the guests rooms in the room block. When we settled up at the end of a wonderful wedding weekend, they said they would only give us points for the room we stayed in and no others. (i.e.our own wedding suite, which they also didn't comp for the bride and groom).  To Note: When making our original room block, you must make a commitment to pay for 90% of the 60 nights, whether guests reserve them or not. (~$12K) To summarize:  91 nights were reserved with the Inverness for our wedding - 128 total guests They would only provide shuttles for 108 guests (2 per room) so we had to procure a 3rd shuttle ourselves to ensure everyone had a ride to and from the venueIn addition, the majority, if not all, our guests spent money at their restaurant, Breckenridge brewery, the lobby cafe & restaurant for breakfastI will say, the highlight was the Breckenridge brewery downstairs. This was a great place for our welcome drinks - however, the only negative was the heavily armed patrol man that circle throughout the bar after 10 pm until closing. He was a bit unsettling and this seemed a bit extreme for a hotel bar.  Overall: This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, especially given the business we brought to the hotel. I honestly can't understand their choice to decline honoring what was mutually agreed upon originally (this would have been a mere 25-30K Hilton points - what is that these days, even 1 night stay at another Hilton property?) Do yourself a favor and choose the Denver Tech Center Marriott instead. Through my experience with The Marriott - their hotel is much nicer and they care about their guests & their business. We are Hilton Honors members yet waited 4 hours (granted we tried to check in early) for a room with a seemingly dead hotel. And when we returned at 3 pm and our room still wasn't ready, we sat right in front of the front desk another hour yet they forgot to tell us it had been ready. When trying to buy a snack the next day, the line was so long others behind us were complaining and giving room numbers to skip the line. Looking for an urban oasis to unwind? The AAA four-diamond, Hilton Denver Inverness is the place and we had a wonderful staycation here over the weekend. Hilton Denver Inverness is located in the southern Denver suburb of Englewood. The hotel offers great service and upscale amenities and activities including the J Press Maxwell 18-hole PGA championship golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor green spaces and walking path, tennis courts, a fitness center, a business center and pet-friendly accommodations (Forbes came along with us!). The Inverness also boasts a full-service spa & five onsite dining options including Breckenridge Brewery Ale & Game House and the award-winning Garden Terrace (known for the local-favorite champagne Sunday brunch). The Inverness' lobby was warm & inviting. The space was lit with an enormous amount of natural sunlight and built with mixed woods, metals & cool toned brick - the design was a nod to bringing nature indoors. There were rugs with geometric shapes and patterns and upholstered furniture in yellows and ruby adding color to the space. Lora checked us in at the front desk; she had excellent customer service skills with a high standard of personal presentation (& she was able to upgrade our room which was a welcomed surprise). The Inverness has newly-renovated guest rooms & suites that are complete with modern furnishings. Our room was a 1 King Bed Balcony Suite. The suite had a sunken living room, two 46-inch TVs, a private balcony (the golf course views from the balcony were everything), a Keurig coffeemaker, & a humidifier. Our room's décor incorporated natural dark wood furnishings and trim contrasted with off-white walls. The headboard captured the Rocky Mountains in shape. The suite included items from the Hilton Serenity Collection - the Serenity Bed was complete with a Suite Dreams mattress and box springs, Super Topper mattress pad, down-filled comforters, and Touch of Down pillows. The bed was so comfortable; Ross and I slept so well. After we settled into our room, we headed down to Breckenridge Brewery Ale & Game House for a bite to eat. Following dinner, we got a fantastic night's rest. In the morning we woke up recharged & ready for a round of golf at The Club at Inverness. The golf course was beautiful, playable, and challenging - it required a thoughtful and strategic approach to play the slopes, rolling hills, and deep bunkers. We played 9 holes as a foursome with some of our friends and had so much fun! After our 9 holes we checked out of the hotel and headed home - what a great weekend! read more

I had the chance to stay here for work and really enjoyed the stay. From check in to check out, every worker I encountered was friendly and helpful. And they were genuine about it as well. That goes a long way. Justin (at the reception desk) was super helpful to get me checked in a bit early which I truly appreciated. The room was great! The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The side table had usb and standard plugs available for my charging needs. The mini fridge was working, though it would have been great to have a microwave to reheat food. The grounds were well maintained. The golf course was lush and green, and there was even a fountain and giant chair that you could sit in and take a picture with. Food wise, everything was super tasty!! I had brunch on Sunday at the sunrise something, lol, sorry I don't remember the full name. It was small but had everything a person could want in a Sunday brunch (except seafood). The brewery downstairs was delicious. the bartenders were quick and courteous. We used the conference rooms at the far end of the building and each room was well lit and with a comfortable temperature. Plenty of bathrooms within a quick walk. I would recommend a stay here for any event, work or personal. The staff are all great and the scenery is beautiful. read more

For the price it's not that good. The carving station food is always cold. Nothing changes from week to week. Pre packaged industry pastries from Sysco are on the dessert bar. No more flambé no more ice cream more expensive. Last time we were there our service was lacking. Young new staff just standing around for an hour while veteran staff work diligently to fill in the gaps. The new staff is so lazy the floor manager is bussing tables and bringing out food. Unacceptable for the price. We don't drink but when we were there they had a "bubble bar" that looked fun for make your own mimosa. That is an additional $14. We used to go once a month but have found another brunch buffet for half the price with 85% of the same offerings. I wanted to give a little update to on my home away from home when I am in Denver and I have to hand it to the Inverness. I have to travel for work still and I realize the pandemic is difficult on everyone but they are still making me feel at home during this mess. The rooms are now sealed with a sticker letting you know no one has been in it since housekeeping cleaned it. The remote is cleaned and put in a plastic baggie. AND they have two travel packets of hand sanitizer right in your room! Can't imagine what I'm picturing- think hot sauce packets- for GERMS! (Or you know look at my photos). All in all I am super impressed with their attention to detail and keeping their guests happy, safe and HEALTHY while still on the road. Special thank you to ERIN who went above and beyond answering a couple texts from em and generally being an amazing asset to the property. Diamond Member Perks The executive lounge is still closed but worry not they now provide Diamond members with grab and go breakfast sandwiches at Elevate and 2 drink tickets for Breckenridge Brewery Ale & Game House. Don't feel comfortable taking your mask off and drinking the night away, that's ok! I checked with the bartender and you can drink it outside OR bring it up to your room. How nice is that? read more

I had suggested that the guests of my wedding stay here, and I am so embarrassed that I did! Everyone of the guests we invited to stay there had an issue! I was honestly shocked by everyone's experience with this hotel. It was absolutely terrible and unacceptable on their part. Their front desk person named Monica, harassed my uncle who had a service animal, she pulled him aside and questioned him about his disability for 10-15 mins. My new MIL was questioned as to why she was walking around the hotel (she was a guest at the hotel), but felt because she is African American that they singled her out. Over half our guests didn't have heat in their room. They were offered to move rooms and then they were all charged an upgrade fee, that was never removed. Our "suite" for the wedding was falling apart and only half the room had heat. The night before our wedding there was someone screaming in the hall way for hours at 2:30am. Each person called the front desk to report, and were told that their was nothing they could do about that. So no one on that floor got a good night rest the night before the wedding. I was told that the suite rooms included breakfast when I booked and when I checked in. But was charged for the breakfast and only after showing them my reservation online and insisting that it included the breakfast, did they take it off. When speaking to the front desk person, named Monica, about my experience, I was told to go eat something because I seemed hungry and she would deal with me after this. When I went back her and the manager Laura blew off my concerns. Lastly, I had a couples massage booked there for the day after the wedding and only 20 mins before the appointment they informed me it would be cancelled. Honestly, there was a lot of other things that happened but I will leave it at that. I had to call hilton corporate to get any answers and a response to this horrible experience because no one at the Inverness reached back out. I can believe this hotel is a Hilton. read more

The seafood and fish was very fishy smelling and not fresh. Mimosa presentation was nice. The server Clara was SO UNPROFESSIONAL. She would take our plates while we were eating (happened 3+ times), reached over our plates, had a horrible attitude and was unapologetically rude when she forgot to run our card and made a scene over her mistake. Service is THE WORST, food is mediocre at best. Overall unimpressive. There are much better places to go for a better brunch ambiance. read more

Based on other Hilton resorts I've stayed especially recently this past year, this one wasn't the greatest; granted, it is winter time, so can't really expect it to be that great. But nevertheless, here is my assessment: ~ Parking: There is free parking and a good amount of spots available; had no issues here. ~ Hotel: The ambience was great; felt like you were walking into something nice. When you get to the elevator, not so much -- I don't know how to describe it, but it just makes you feel unsafe from when it 'dings' loudly, to it opening, to being on it, and to it closing. I even encountered it being broken for a minute or two. The outside of the hotel looked OK from what I could tell, but like I said, it's winter time with patches of snow on the ground and full of snow the second day so it was bound to look terrible. ~ Room: Honestly, I've stayed at Homewood Suites and Hampton Inns that were far better quality than this room, even in small town areas that no one has ever heard of. (a) The bed wasn't as comfortable and pillows weren't as soft. (b) The bathroom had a nice hardwood floor finish, but the shower tiles hurt your feet and the shower doesn't even have a place to hold the soap or shampoo. (c) The shower pressure and warmth was good at least, and the towels were comfortable. (d) The curtains were automated, which was a nice touch. (e) I had a view of the snow covered golf course and the fountain outside, but looks like the geese were really making it unpleasant with their messiness, flying around constantly in that area, and making their obnoxious sounds. (f) The airport is also nearby, so you get to hear another amazing sound. (g) The TV automatically turns on during the night so you could wake up to another unpleasant sound. While the TV had a ton of channels and things you don't get at other hotels I've stayed at, I'd just prefer that I control when it turns on. And not only that, but for whatever reason hotels like this one seem to put on the highest brightness and contrast setting in the world that you can't change, so it's like your eyes either will bleed or you will need some sunglasses just to watch the darn thing. (h) Also, as other reviewers have noted, the door to the room seemed to be really old and not sturdy; I've stayed in a lot of hotels and never encountered a door like that before. Typically, the doors are heavy and sturdy, but not this one. (i) My room was ready at least right as I got off the plane around 9:30am, which was amazingly efficient, so I did really appreciate that. Skipped the counter and the digital key worked great. ~ Amenities: As a diamond member, I was excited to finally get to experience an executive lounge since this one had it on the 5th floor. Much to my dismay, however, it was closed... for what reason, no idea. I did take advantage of the indoor pool and whirlpool, which was good. The fitness center was nothing special, but glad they had one at least. Overall, it's a hotel, it's Hilton, and got the job done, but it didn't do it for me and wasn't all that great of experience like I've had at others before. read more

Stayed at The Inverness Denver for a long weekend because we were in town for a wedding. Not giving this a great review. Our room was never cleaned by housekeepers. I eventually called the front desk asking for new towels, more toilet paper and soap. They told me they do not do daily housecleaning. Which I found strange because every day I left the room, there was staff cleaning several rooms next to ours. So eventually we had a mountain of towels and trash that we had accumulated pile up in the room. Also, the upstairs luxury cocktail bar and restaurant was only staffed by one person. This poor bartender literally ran around trying to keep up with everyone placing orders. He apologized to us several times stating he was the only person working. He was in charge of bartending and serving food across the entire restaurant. This made it impossible for him to serve everyone within a reasonable time. Luckily my wife and I are patient and understanding, but several people around us were clearly not. The hotel needs to have more staff working that bar as they do in the other bar downstairs. We noticed this all weekend. It was very obvious how stressed and uncomfortable he was. He was such a nice guy though! Overall, beautiful hotel and property with tons a things to do. read more

Talk about high class, in price with differing service. Lack luster bartending and food poisoning came from the fire side grill! A slew of unwarranted charges to my credit card. I thought the poool was salt water for a moment, but I think it was actually just filthy sewer water! Not to mention the high quality customer service from the angry and short tempered employees! read more

Very clean room and one of the comfiest beds I've slept on in a hotel. The staff was kind, pleasant, and helpful. The location is close to lots of dining just a couple minutes down the road. I only took off one star because you can hear EVERYTHING in the hall and they don't seem to offer breakfast unless you order from the restaurant, which is pricey. All in all was a great stay for our family. read more

Had a great experience at this hotel. Service was friendly all around. The breakfast buffet is good with freshly made omelets, fruit, baked goods, and other hot food. The brewery downstairs is also good for dinner. The hotel sits right on a golf course and is a bit out of the way from things, but it's a nice getaway. read more

We had the pleasure of staying here with several friends and family members for a wedding (wedding wasn't at the hotel, though). I could go into a lot of detail but I can sum it up by saying that I thought the level of service was uncommonly good for current times. They delivered on the finer touches that have fallen away at most hotels during the pandemic. It was so nice to feel taken care of while at this property. The valet staff was particularly helpful and gracious. Housekeeping could use a little refinement, but that's nitpicking. There wasn't anything majorly wrong. Note that the brewery downstairs is fine (great service and food is fine) but it is LOUD. I'm just too old for that environment anymore. I didn't get a chance to eat at the Fireside bar upstairs, unfortunately. The breakfast buffet was very good. read more

I spent a week here and tried room service, the restaurant and the coffee bar, along with being in several meeting rooms. My hotel room was very nice. Clean and spacious and everything worked. I did not request housekeeping but they came every day. Each day they replaced the soaps and shampoos etc. (which seemed a bit wasteful but I did appreciate fresh towels and a made bed). I had a standard burger and tots from room service and it was hot when it arrived, packed in to-go containers. The coffee bar (elevate) had GREAT service, and the overnight oats and coffee were both very good. The buffet meals were all excellent and there were lots of choices. Meeting rooms were clean and well-equipped and snacks between sessions really good. The food in the dining room is buffet style. Real fast, lunch and dinner are top notch (though not inexpensive). read more

Excellent location beautiful accommodations! This is a great hotel you feel right at home. Plenty of room to spread out great atmosphere excellent restaurants and outdoor entertainment in season. From arrival to departure I have never been disappointed. Attention to detail and very personalized service.
