She asked what she could do to make it right. I could tell she really cares about her business and customers, as well as the quality of work they produce. I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it.
