Saja is fabulous. She was able to alter my wedding dress in just a few short weeks. It did cost a couple hundred dollars, but I feel like that is pretty typical for wedding dress alterations, especially since I am short and she had to take off a lot of fabric to shorten the dress to the appropriate size for myself. Anytime I my boys need to update their badges on their uniform, make custom couch cushions or even rips in clothing, I always come to Saja. She is so nice, professional and prompt. Great quality and detail as well. Prices are very reasonable which keeps me coming back. Parking can be crazy depending on the time because there are other business in the center with a few being resturants. However, it's a fairly large lot. read more

(If I could give negative stars, I would.) I never write reviews -- ever -- but this absolutely needed to be said. Brides, please read this before taking your dress to Saja Tailor. I took my wedding dress here for alterations, and the owner told me part of her service included cleaning and steaming the dress before my wedding. I trusted her completely with something so special -- but when I picked it up the day before my wedding, it was ruined. The train was covered in black streaks, and there was a dark stain that looked like lip color right on the top of the dress. It looked worse than when I brought it in. When I texted her about it, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She told me "maybe she didn't see the dirty spots because it's dark in my store." Excuse me -- maybe get better lighting if you're running a business that handles wedding gowns! That's not my fault. She then claimed she's a tailor, not a cleaner, even though she told me from the start that cleaning and steaming were included. If you don't actually clean dresses, don't tell brides that you do -- because we could have gone to a professional cleaner and avoided this disaster. It has did not look steamed at all and there was yellow stains on the buttons and probably from an iron. This wasn't the first red flag, either. At one of my fittings, she actually handed me the wrong dress and said she "mixed up the names." She told me to give her an hour because she "only had to do the bustle," but I could see pins all over my real dress. When I came back, she had stitched something onto my dress without even asking me, that was suppose to be sort of the dress and it looked awful. I made her take it off. I spent so much money here, only to have my dress returned dirty, stained, and stressful to fix right before my wedding. Thankfully, I found another tailor last-minute who did an emergency cleaning -- she was shocked at what I was charged and how the dress had been handled. Even she couldn't get all the stains out because it was the night before my wedding. I asked for at least a partial refund for the trouble and damage, but she refused. The entire experience was a nightmare that no bride should ever have to deal with. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartbreak -- do not bring your wedding dress here. Ever read more
