Sand Very bad experience with this dealer. Do not ever trust this dealer. I have bought a used car online. They showed the full picture of the car. I have asked multiple time about the Car condition, and they told me that everything in perfect condition. After buying we found the car had many expensive fix (Car radio broken, ABS broken, Tail lamp broken, Multiple dents, Seat broken. Almost $8000 worth issues. They are nice (Lorense- Manager, Daniela- Sales) until you buy the car, after that all true color will come. SO BE ACREFUL when you buy the car from this dealer. i notice that my service air bag light came on and i took it to my local dealership for service. i left my vehicle for 10 days since we were going on vacation on our way back would pick up my vehicle so they could have all the time in the world to find out what the problem was with my airbag light going on. During those two week no one call and finally i went to pick up my vehicle nothing was done and the service advisor told me they would need to order the part and once they receive the part i could take it back for the repair. i waited for two weeks and no one call me from the service dept. i had to go the service dept for my husband's truck for an oil change and i check with the parts dept and found out that those two weeks that i left my vehicle to figure out what was wrong and all along they got the part during those two weeks but no repairs were made. finally i decided to take the vehicle out of town where i had purchased my vehicle and not a week went by that they fix my vehicle. Very dissappointed in the customer service here locally in laredo; just because you don't buy your vehicle here they don't give you the service you deserve. read more

Service department needs to improve customer care and communication. What's the point of making an appointment if you're going to keep the vehicle for a week and not even run diagnostics on it or provide an update on status. Then when you try calling the service dept, no answer! Frustrating to say the least. read more

Terrible service. Waited A MONTH my vehicle for a minor warranty issue (a broken bolt on my tailgate). After 2; hours, I called them and asked when it would be fixed. They stated they hadn't even looked at it yet. I told them all if was is a tailgate bolt and can be replaced in 5 minutes once the new part was available. I was told they were unsure when they would be able to look at it and it might be a couple days. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF HAVING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT A MONTH IN ADVANCE IF THEY CANT LOOK AT IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS ONCE THEY FINALLY GET IT? Since then I have sold my Dodge vehicle and won't own another while living in THE Laredo area. Might as well not have a dealership here. read more

I've bought cars before and the salesmen are usually knowledgeable in the details on a vehicle. The salesman my husband and I encountered had no idea on the towing capacity on the Dodge Durango. He quoted that the most that the Durango can tow is 3,000 lbs. The Durango's towing capacity is actually 6,200 lbs, and that's just the SXT. When we showed him the towing capacity straight from the Dodge.com website, he claimed the website's information is wrong! Really? You're disputing the facts from Dodge's official website??? That is why people shop elsewhere in Texas for a better deal and negotiate with knowledgeable salesmen. read more

I went in to have blinker module changed after sitting there all day my van had a bunch of lights on that were not on before. I asked to look but was told come back tomorrow. I went back and they now want another 169$ to check the problem. The cruise control does not work and that part of the module they installed. Never going back read more

Today I was in a panic when my credit card slipped in a crack in my console. I called the service department and Edith was very kind, telling me I could bring it in and they would help me find it. When I arrived Edith got a gentleman named Miguel to help out. They quickly helped pop the console out and retrieved my cards for me at no cost. It's hard to find a service department that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for even minor things, so I would consider this going above and beyond. read more

I bought a Jeep Wrangler at this dealership and it has been a nightmare. First of all, I don't blame them for the defect my truck has (roof leak), but every time I take it in they give me the run around. When I take it in no one wants to check me in. They are just plain rude and show no eagerness of solving my issue. Once they even told me that the manager assigned to my case was out on an emergency and it turns out that while I was waiting for my ride he arrived to the shop. I wait days for them to answer one of my calls plus they refuse to give me a rental. They try to cover their back's by saying that it is stated that the Wrangler may leak occasionally, but it leaks every time it rains. They say that they are an independent business from Dodge and that they are not required to give me one, even though I bought it there. read more

The service department is 3-4 days behind. You call and get an appointment and they advise you they have time available tomorrow. You change your schedule to make it all happen and when you arrive they tell you "Your car can not been seen for 3 days" Are you kidding me. What kind a crap is this. Stop taking appoints until your service department gets their act together. It appears you need to find a Service Manager that understand how to make the system work. How unprofessional. read more

I've been here before several times with no issues and one day I pick up my truck and noticed some things were missing. I checked all around my house to make sure I didn't bring them down myself before I took it to get serviced but I hadn't. So I go to the dealership and tell them my problem and they tell me that while my truck was there someone broke in to it and other vehicles and their shop knowing this I wondered if the vehicles were left unlocked and why wasn't I notified before and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to the manager and was told they're not responsible for what happens to our vehicles such as vandalism or theft while they're there. I had an appointment scheduled before knowing that happened instead I did the work on my own vehicle. Why should I give them business when they can't even help me out with a discount for my troubles. read more

The Service at the repair shop is a nightmare! I have been without a car for one out of the last two months because of how slow things are. I recommend it ONLY if you want to make a payment on a depreciating vehicle that will be stuck at the dealership. It is summer and I am walking from place to place in temperature of well over 100 degrees. Rack and ping = 10 days without a car and counting. . .AND I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance on this one. The car is still just sitting there. Simple brake repair, oil change, and 2 new tires = 15 days without a car PLUS I HAD TO PAY even though I called my appointment in within my warranty limits. So it was a double whammy: BAD SERVICE and NO MERCY on the financial end. I have not even been offered a loaner car. I was never even been asked "What can we do to make this right?" This was not customer service, rather customer DISERVICE. Now I totally understand why my friends prefer buying cars out of town. I will say that the one plus side is that mostly EVERYONE I have ever dealt with there is very nice. I have no complaints about the workers there; on the contrary I sympathize with them. I feel like they are doing their best in a system set up for failure. read more

In my opinion, Laredo Dodge Chrysler Jeep does not commit to "providing excellent customer service" as they claim. I purchased a new vehicle from them that had hidden damage to one of the tire rims. After, I discovered the damage(that was hidden by spray paint), I contacted them immediately(the day after purchase) and provided pictures. After several unanswered emails and voicemails to the salesperson and general manager, I finally received a call from the salesperson and was told "it's your problem." I was never offered any assistance to resolve this issue. I expected more from a dealership that claims to satisfy the customer with excellent customer service. As of today, I still haven't received a response from anyone from Laredo Dodge with a care or concern about this issue. read more

I was in Laredo for my daughters World Series in 6U softball a couple weeks ago. My AC was blowing hot air and the temp was 108, so we took it to the Lared Jeep dealership to have it checked. My husband asked that they let us know before doing any work as it has warranty. They had it 3 days, called my husband and told him they didn't find any leaks, but they went ahead and recharged it and it isn't covered by warranty, so we had to pay $265 to get it back just for them to put Freon in it. Without telling us first. We get back to Austin, the AC starts messing up again the following week. I took it to Jeep dealership in San Marcos, they found 3 separate leaks and are calling my warranty company before they go forward with any repairs. I feel like because we were from out of town, this Laredo dealership just robbed us for what they could get knowing we wouldn't be there long. Shame on this dealership. Only gave them a 1 because I couldn't give less. Do not go here for repairs if you are from out of town. read more
