Looked for a place for a pedicure that could handle my needs. Didn't have a point of reference so I took a chance to go to this spot. Drinks and cocktails were offered so I opted for a soda. The pedicure menu wasn't overwhelming. I chose the OPI pedicure and it came with more than I expected. It was great. My nail tech Loan was attentive and experienced in what I needed. It was not expensive and although there are places closer to our apt, I'll definitely make the drive to this spot. read more

My granddaughters nails turned out super cute. The bunnies were prefect. Unfortunately, they lasted 3 days. They were shellac which should last for weeks. They came of whole. Like they were stickers. I had a pedi. I asked for matte, but got shiny, which changed the appearance of the color. Today is 4 days in and the middle of my toenail just opened up. It still had sticky polish. It was like a bubble. I have never had this happen in 20 years of getting my nails done. read more

Cons: my friend and I have been here once before. It was several years ago and it was an OK experience. Nothing bad happened, but it wasn't exceptional. At that time, we had another place we really liked going to, so we just went back there. This place didn't offer us any of the drinks they offered the other reviewers? Pros: came back years later. it's 430p on a Sunday and most places aren't even open Sundays. And if they are they close at five. My husband suggested I try this place again. I'm so glad I did! Everyone here was so kind and friendly. Kim was my technician. She did a good job. Gave a great massage. And I trusted her with my cuticles. I get kind of nervous about having my cuticles cut. No complaints. I would definitely come back here. Plus, they're cheaper than our usual place. read more

my friend and her daughter were looking for a place to go last minute on Super Bowl Sunday. They accepted all 3 as walk in, and got us in right away. They were so friendly. We wanted crazy designs and they did it! No problems or mess ups. They catered to my friends daughter and got her juice and turned on kid shows. They're truly the best here! My gel fill and polish change on my toes looked pretty good and I was done in less than an hour even though it did feel a bit rushed! Even had a complimentary strawberry margarita and my friend had wine since we were spending over 45.00. Tammy was a very rude but she did a really good job and was fast, which is exactly what I was looking for! Everyone but one guy was rude too and stayed on his phone the whole time. Displeased with the service but satisfied with my nails. Not sure if I'll go back yet. read more

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, the lady that did my full set did them in about thirty minutes. The shaping is horrible, the polish job is horrible. She even stopped my service to look and fix another woman's nails. It was completely obvious she was rushing and did not care about my nails. No oil was applied afterwards. The acrylic was stuck to my skin under my nails. When I asked her to fix the unevenness on one nail she filed off some of the polish. I will be going to another salon tomorrow to have them removed and redone. It will be worth the money because this is embarrassing. Do not come here. Terrible service and terrible job. read more

i got my nails done by them in a black it started to peel and they fixed then and they stated peeling again and try to make it seem as if it was my fault and then I came back and got pink nails they made me pay after I already spent unnecessary money on them and they are peeling again ! I will never ever go back to them . read more

I'm giving 3 stars because it was just one nail tech although I should leave one star. But she did not do a good job on my nails, it was very half-a$$. I went in for a pedicure, and she was about to paint my nails with left over polish still on. I had to tell her to remove the left over polish. She did not file the surface of my nails flat or cut my nails evenly. She painted the nails and they were streaky instead of a solid color. By the time I noticed how bad they looked she had started working on someone else so I leaned over to my mom like "this looks really bad my nails look better when I paint them" so my mom mentioned it to her when she walked up to get her manicure and the lady said "well why didn't she tell me." Anyway she straightened one nail up and added another coat so they are now decent since they aren't streaky. But they are still crooked. Then I left a tip and she didn't say thank you. The pedicure was $32 which is high in my opinion, and I left a $3 tip even though she did a crappy job and she did not even say thank you. $35 for sub par toenails is high. A simple thank you would have made me not waste my time doing the review but I'm like nah buddy you do a crappy job I still tip you and you don't say thank you? This place is near my mothers house, And I was warmly greeted when I entered and the atmosphere was nice so my intentions Were to make this my regular nail salon UNTIL... while waiting to be seen, the guy in the shop, don't remember his name, came up to me while I was seated to look at my nails and offer his advice which was getting powder instead of acrylic. I emphasized that I just wanted acrylic, he went back to finish another clients nails saying that we'll talk more about it when He's ready for me. He finished the client and politely ushered me to my seat where he began to persuade me to go with powder And informed me of the damages of acrylic and I once again emphasized I would stick with acrylic. He seemed to be very agitated that I would not do what he recommended so he started saying several times that if my nails got any water damage they could refuse to service me in the future and if my nails get ruined then that's on me. What really pissed him off is when I told him I wanted my acrylic to not be heavily applied because it looks more natural when it's thinner, he said that he wouldn't suggest that because my nails could break and I stated that I'd just take that chance. (I've always gotten this and have never had problems FYI). As he started my nails, since it had been 3 weeks since I'd gotten a fill he was talking aloud to himself saying, " this is horrible" "I don't know how I'm supposed to do this". And he kept making comments that were just totally ignorant and unnecessary. I finally stopped him saying that I've already waited quite some time to be seen, he actually saw my nails before I sat to be serviced, now all of a sudden there's a problem after I reject his recommendations ( which was the real issue). His wife who was very nice actually shot him a not so nice look during all this and I knew that I was just dealing with a man who obvious has issues with control. I basically told him that either he can do it or he can't because enough of my time had been wasted. He removed all the polish and grinded all the acrylic down on one hand, all while complaining and suddenly he couldn't do it. At that point he actually caused a scene in the entire salon. The woman he finished prior to me made a follow up appt with him for 3 weeks and he unhappily said " 3 weeks?" as if questioning it. The ladies there were really nice but I will NEVER STEP FOOT HERE AGAIN. He's a trip and just doesn't need to be there. I'm a nurse who works hard and instead of having a relaxing experienced I sat there over an hour for nothing. Please if nothing else teach this guy that it's not what he wants, it's what the customers want. I left extremely pissed, went right across the street, received no hassles at all and received a fill the way I wanted it. I wanted to go back and show this guy my nails but decided against it. He obviously needs more training. In my 20+ years of going to nail salons I've never had to deal with this level of ignorance. I hardly ever give reviews but I could not just let his behavior slide.
