If you want to leave with cuts on multiple fingers and reside underneath your nails this is the place for you!! Absolutely do not care about their clients. We are traveling to Tulsa from TX for a soccer tournament and decided to get pedicures. Everyone was friendly but the pedicures were mid at best. All three of our polishes were thin and lumpy and already chipping after just a few hours Also it was quite dirty. Would not recommend. read more

This place was great, for a while. They don't treat regulars very well unless you tip 30+% which doesn't match the quality of service you receive. I also always ask for almond nails and am told 'no' because they won't look good on my nails and then the tech mutters something in Vietnamese to another tech. This used to be our favorite location. But we went in a few days ago and they were terrible. One of the guys were more interested in watching football on his phone than doing his job. He did not provide all that came with the package paid for and the when removing nail polish to paint a different color he just took it off the middle and left a ring of old dark polish around the mail AND on the skin around the nail. It looks horrible. Like my three year old could have done a better job. Then one of the lady's didn't do all that was paid for (like hot stones, hot wax, ect...) and only got polish on part of the nails. My feet don't look any better than when I went in. And the quality of work sucks. We will not be back. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. they tell you to come in then say they're busy. Plus your nails won't stay on if certain people do them. I've been going there for years and the service has recently really went down hill. I don't not recommend this salon. read more

My shellac started peeling the day after I got it. I had to take it off less than a week after getting it because it was chipping on multiple nails and looked so bad. Cuticles looked horrible and started peeling as well. She also soaked my hands in cold water..not even mildly warm water. I got a pedicure at the same time, and the guy used so little lotion/oil when doing the massage that the hot stones hurt and just kept rubbing my skin raw. I wanted to ask him to just stop. That is usually my favorite part. Frustrated that I even paid money for all that. Not going back! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars... I have had my nails done with shellac gel polish many times, but I have NEVER had such an AWFUL experience at a place!! Not only did it take 30 minutes for someone to even get started, but multiple other people who came in after me got helped before I did. When I finally got helped, the lady told me she wouldn't file my nails because they were too short (even though they were uneven and longer than the girls' sitting next to me...) I asked her to even them out and she laughed and wouldn't file them. She also did nothing with my cuticles or skin around the nail bed even though I asked her to. Once she started the shellac, a woman who I assume was a regular client of hers, came in and so she walked away in the middle of my service to go talk to her and get her started on your service! After she came back 5 minutes later, she rushed through the rest of my service. She sneezed on my hands and at the end, she only put about a dime size amount of lotion on her hands, quickly rubbed it into my left hand and then didn't add anything else and basically just wiped off my nails on the right hand with lotion... Now it's only been a few days and my nails look like I haven't gotten them done in weeks! I can't believe I had to pay any money for this kind of service! The previous times I have been to this salon have not been the best, but NEVER as bad as this time and I will never go back or ever recommend anyone to go there! Such an awful nail salon. read more

I went in for a shellac manicure and a lady started in on my nails. What I don't like is one person starts but then dumps you as soon as someone else walks in. Then she pushed me off on a young gentlemen that didn't have a clue what I asked for but tried to act like he did. I end up leaving after I got my polish off. I have been there before and it was okay - not exceptional but okay. After today I was very disappointed. Felt like they really didn't care to have my business. The owner did apologize but it was humiliating and just wanted to get out of there at that point. When you know they didn't care At first I don't think they are the first nail salon that does this but it isn't right. read more

Ehh, I've had better quality. I don't hate my nails, but I don't love them either. I'm a stickler for neat shellac; it bothers me to see the gel seeping into my cuticles. This may not bother some people but because I've experienced better quality before, I know how good shellac can truly look (it's totally achievable). Also, my finger was bleeding when I left the salon. I'm not from the Tulsa area and I guess I'm just used to my salon back home doing it more neatly. My expectations weren't met at this salon; I'm hoping I can find one in the area that can do as good as I know shellac can be done. (See photos for a comparison). read more
