Mr.Newlin,I have read up on you and you seem to have much knowledge in so many areas.So after…read morelooking,reading so many other lawyers profiles,I came back to you.I am a law abiding citizen,never been arrested,I am seperated from husband and I have filed for divorce,, life has been nuts as we all know,lol.I am almost 55,I am disabled on ssi,I have many blown,herniated dicks in spinal cord,bone on bone severe spinal stenosis, severe disc degeneration disease,among spinal anspoditis ,know that is not spelled correctly.I have been a chronic pain patient for 20 years,I have been on pain medication ,for years.Oxycodine,morphine &soma with the last pain mng.doctor that zi had been going to for the last consecutive years.I have never been "written up",never a problem patient.But yet back I'm 2017,I received a letter of dismissal,reason the letter stated I was being dismissed"was because they do not do prior authorization!!!! So I between that time &march2019,I went to doctor after doctor,with no good results for my conditions!!! These conditions zi have in spinal cord,also trigger fingers arthritis, I need this medicine,just as a heart patient needs his medication. In Jan.of 2019,medicaid called my pain mng.doctor,and they set me up an app.,The doctor said he thought I moved away or something,he acted&I believed he knew nothing about the first discharge letter Fast forward to jan.2019 I begin going to this doctor again,him&I,,believed had a good patient,doctor relationship.Well at my march 2019 app. My april app.was set up before me leaving office.About a week after this app..I get another letter of discharge from this doctors office,saying I was discharged ,because methadone showed up on my drug screen ,I do not take methadone but I do take seroquel which will give a false negative on a drug screen.I called office immediately once the second letter came,, they would not return my calls so about a week later,I called again and ask to speak to Dr Nathan Hanflink,I was refused by whom she called herself office manger,name of Mary,I told her that my next already scheduled app.for april,That I would indeed be there she,Mary informed me that I am not having a last app. I told her I am entitled to a continuity of care from my doctor of 12 years,she hang the phone up on me.I called a couple of weeks ago,a different person answered phone,I asked to set myself up an app. She put me on hold,once back she told me that office mng.said I do not have an app.there.I told lady I was speaking to,that I have been illegally discharged from Dr.Nathan Hanflinks office illegally,she repeated what I said am hung up on me also.Mr.Newlin neither of these discharge letters were sent by certified mail,I have done nothing wrong I have each time been told I cannot receive care there,not even continuity of care.I am inoperable,been seen by nero surgeon Mr.Michael,I have been seen at shands,The mass of injury in spinal cord is to large for operation.I have never abused my medications and I was able to care for my home and my dog,I am now living in not normal conditions,I am pretty much homebound,I and the FL. Law states that chronic pain patients have a right to having their pain controlled,,, but yet here I am speaking with you.I feel sorry for the drug addicts,but my goodness why and how are the innocent people punished?This is insanity,this is wrong and this is cruel!!! I would prefer to never take any medication,but I did not wish this condition on me and I am so tired,so worn out,so disgusted,so tired of trying to defend myself. If it didn't blend in, he would have to paint the whole door, which he wanted to charge me extra money for. I had already purchased the correct paint for my door. So why would I let you paint the door the wrong color? For the move-out cleaning, you didn't arrive on time, so no, 8 hours of cleaning were not done. You did spend a good amount of time cleaning my home, but that's what happens when it's one person cleaning a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home. And the house wasn't spotless.
