This other occasion told his client to put the child in counseling without consulting the father. They have shared custody in their parenting plan if he ever read their parenting plan it clearly states, "For additional medical providers the parties agree to MEET and CONFER to select specialists"..he advised his client to get a counselor without the father knowing about it.. how this man is able to practice law amazes me. I would also like to add he filed 2/5/26 saying, " The child is currently receiving treatment from a child psychologist to address the traumatic impact of abuse". According to the counselor and mother the child has not received counseling yet. Her first initial appointment is February 28th. I am extremely thankful that the counselor will be able to see mom and the attorneys agenda. How this man gets away with what he does is amazing to me.
