This factory has a retail side and a huge walk-in humidor. The place was packed so unfortunately, with COVID restrictions in place with social distancing there were too many people lined up to get into the humidor and we left before then. My favorite is a Maduro (strong dark) cigar and they have a superb selection. Beer on tap and in bottles, great beer selection, and wine may be available. There are both indoor and outdoor smoking areas with comfortable seating. Smoke eaters ventilation is always on and helps keep it "good". Multiple TVs on sporting events and you can enjoy a great cigar and a beer and just get away from the crazy world! The owners are great people and work there, as well as having part time crew who are always friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is short walk and free or right in front curbside and free as well.

Well, after 4 months our product failed to work any longer and ioLite would not replace it without a sales receipt. I was very angry at first but I understand both sides so be aware, if ever purchase something more expensive, you might wanna be persistent demanding a receipt. They have the ability and will provide one if needed. Anyhow... my boyfriend called them up yesterday and Erica, the manager couldn't be more nicer and sympathetic about our issue. Not the customer service I got at the time of purchase but one person can't be blamed for a whole planet so... I shall over pass my prior dissatisfaction and give thumbs up to Erica and the shop which I personally like, being convenient, location wise as well as their inexpensive, good variety products. She assured us she will discuss it with the owner and get back with us which sure enough she did the very next day and gave us a receipt without any hesitation. I was stunned how smooth she handled the situation. I definitely recommend giving it a try... stop by. You can't go wrong!
