This factory has a retail side and a huge walk-in humidor. The place was packed so unfortunately, with COVID restrictions in place with social distancing there were too many people lined up to get into the humidor and we left before then. Multiple TVs on sporting events and you can enjoy a great cigar and a beer and just get away from the crazy world! I was very angry at first but I understand both sides so be aware, if ever purchase something more expensive, you might wanna be persistent demanding a receipt. They have the ability and will provide one if needed. Anyhow... my boyfriend called them up yesterday and Erica, the manager couldn't be more nicer and sympathetic about our issue. Not the customer service I got at the time of purchase but one person can't be blamed for a whole planet so... I shall over pass my prior dissatisfaction and give thumbs up to Erica and the shop which I personally like, being convenient, location wise as well as their inexpensive, good variety products.
