At the risk of making it more difficult for me to get an appointment…read more.. These folks specialize in those folks who have issues going to the dentist. Oh sure, no one LIKES to go to the dentist, but the practice caters to those whose issues extend beyond a mere dislike. From the receptionist to the hygenists/assistants to Mark himself, everyone here is not only concerned about getting your teeth sorted but also making you as comfortable as possible during the process. Even the office, in an historical stone house, is comfortable and inviting. I've not yet gone for a cleaning, my first experience with them was with a cracked/infected tooth that needed a root canal. (this has resulted in multiple visits because they don't want to rush it and clean out my angry nerve before the antibiotics calm things down) They take incredible care to ensure that you're comfortable and pain free during the procedure. If you experience something after, they're also happy to get you back and in and make sure there are no problems. There's no rush if the numbing shots (do they even use novocaine anymore?) aren't quite done. In fact, at one point though I didn't TELL them I was in pain they recognized it and injected more *caine periodically. For a reasonable fee, nitrous is available. The people out of town that I've detailed my experience to have considered coming up to him for work.

She embarrassed me in front of other staff and my fiancée, saying "What, I don't know what you mean, like you want a massage or something? I mean they introduce themselves when you go in, like I don't know what you're talking about that would be special for you?" Very unacceptable and inappropriate in a professional medical field. I told her we were done right there and walked out. Don't give them one penny. If they can't not roll their eyes when speaking to a victim of severe trauma that has impacted a human life permanently, then they don't need our money. SHAME ON YOU.

TVs, headsets, comfortable seats, excellent staff, nice atmosphere.... Makes going to the dentist an experience rather than something to check off for 6 months. Does require a little effort on your part, floss, brush 2X a day, keep your appointment.
