I went through a few retainers, braces and even a head-gear! The entire office staff is very friendly and professional. They are patient and kind and I never hated a single office visit as a kid. The office itself, seats and work-area was always very clean and well-kept. There's plenty of space in the waiting room and they never minded me stopping by if I had any discomfort or needed an adjustment with my retainer/braces. After the work was completed, I was billed $650 -- only to find out the pre-authorization for coverage had actually been denied months earlier. Northstar submitted it, never told me about the denial, and then resubmitted the same paperwork multiple times after the work was done. Each time, it was denied again. When I called to question it, the office refused to take responsibility, saying they "can't manage every dual-insurance situation." Their only solution was to offer to transfer my records elsewhere. Please learn from my experience -- always double-check with your insurance company directly and get everything in writing before agreeing to any treatment here. This is a "puppy mill" for dentistry; you are in and out for a cleaning in 15 mins. You are a number here. Please know they pay you with gift cards to write a good review.

I saw Dr. Dawes and he eased my anxiety and performed a through exam and took the time to find the "root cause" of the problem, which was just that one of the roots needed to be cleaned out. I made a second appointment for the treatment and he was very good at explaining exactly what was going to happen and giving updates as he was working. He made sure that I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. I truly felt like everyone at this office cares about their patients and are willing to go the extra mile for them. They even gave me his cell phone number to call if anything goes wrong after hours. I would definitely recommend coming here if you have any tooth pain or need a root canal.
