We are so grateful we found Lark's Nest Doula for postpartum meal prep. This has honestly been one of the best investments we've made preparing for baby. From the beginning, the process was so thoughtful and personalized. Alyssa came to our home for an initial planning session where we created a custom menu together. We went over my likes and dislikes and were able to work around food sensitives. We ended up doing a mix of nourishing Ayurvedic meals, favorite comfort foods, and lactation treats. We ended up doing about 12 different recipes. One thing we especially appreciated was her flexibility. She was willing to work with meat we already had in our freezer and we built meals around that to help us save money and make room in our freezers. Within about three weeks, everything was prepped, portioned, and delivered. Each meal was clearly labeled with simple heating instructions, making it truly "heat and eat." She also included a binder with all of the recipes, which was such a nice touch. The entire process was easy, the pricing felt very reasonable, and most importantly the food has been delicious.
