Had a carryout pizza at this LaRosa's location on Sunday, 11/12/23. We were very disappointed in the pizza. There was too much of everything, too much sauce, too much mushrooms and too much jalapeño. We did not order any extra's. My wife could not eat it. I called the 347-1111 center to complain and they were nice about it and gave me a $10 credit. I insisted that I didn't want a refund, but I only complained so that they would do a better job next time. I'm only writing this review because the supervisor at the LaRosa's call center came across as if she only wanted to get me off the phone and the store manager would never hear me compliant. I like this location, it's close to my house and I want to trust them enough to come back. Update: I immediately heard from the GM of Fairfield LaRosa's which means they really care about their customers - I really appreciate their concern. We've had dine-in meals at LaRosa's Fairfield a couple times and have always been happy. We stopped in today and the tradition continued. The location is not the most modern - think old-looking carpeting and wooden grandma's house-esque booths, but that's OK - we came for pizza. We had the stuffed pizza tonight. It was pretty much a pizza-sized calzone. While it was fine (but so filling - double crusts!), I probably wouldn't have it again. LaRosas's is perfect in person and they make your pizza to perfection but when you order online that's when things go wrong, every time we order online or on the phone our order always ends up being wrong. Today we called in and ordered a small hand tossed personal cheese pizza and a cauliflower crust pepperoni pizza with light sauce, the small hand tossed ended up being a thin crust with light sauce and the cauliflower crust had no pepperoni in sight. If you want to eat LaRosas's go in person they can never make your order right when you order online or over call. Where to begin........this is terrible food. If you are looking for pizza that is just a little better than frozen and you love to drink a ton of coke.... then LaRosas is your place. Very sweet sauce, lots of grease and your food is made by kids or people who don't care about making quality food. This place is best put in the "fast food" categorie. Unfortunately, my thoughts on this location are in line with other reviewers. My family likes LaRosa's and this is the only one close by, thus we give them our business. We will occasionally order from Marco's instead, just because they're always on top of their game. We've encountered several issues with this location - undercooked pies, incorrectly made pies, our order not even being fired so it's not ready for pick up (!!!), etc. Yet we will continue to give them our business. I have a Buddy Card to use up, after all. Based on my experience and the other reviews, I think this location needs to tighten up on their kitchen guys and a LOT will improve. Service issues happen here and there, and that's expected at most places of LaRosa's caliber. If you're looking for the ideal greasy delicious buttery garlicky pizza then look no further, and their create your own has everything you could ask for. I can't give five stars just because our table was v messy when we first arrived and my arm *gag* stuck to the table for a second. La Rosas is a Cincinnati classic and full-disclosure, I'm a little biased as a Cincinnati native. La Rosa's has many locations across the city and they're pretty standard. They feature plenty of dine in tables and booths, great for families. The service is always pretty good and the food is consistently great. They have much more than just pizza on their large menu. They have salads, calzones, pasta a more, They also have their dishes for take out. Their thin crust, in my opinion is their best. Also their bbq chicken pizza featuring Cincinnati's own Montgomery Inn sauce is amazing. La Rosas is great Cincinnati tradition for great, authentic pizza and italian food. read more

Was looking for a different pizza delivery than the usual. I ordered a make your own pizza with chicken, spinach and garlic sauce. Unfortunately, the garlic sauce was so strong it covered up any taste that might have been on the chicken and/or spinach. We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding at this Larosas. They have a decent sized party room in the back - we had about 22 people in our party. They offer some great buffet options for large groups. For $10 a person we had unlimited pizza (5 kinds), 2 types if pasta, salad, breadsticks, and soda. The set up was kind of awful - we wound up rearranging the tables. The service was okay. They didn't really check on us much - we had to go ask for most of our refills. However, the food was delicious (c'mon, it's Larosas! The food is ALWAYS good!) and they allowed us to bring an outside cake in as well. We had tons of leftovers and they let us take everything home. They provided pizza boxes and their black take out containers. We had a great time and we absolutely would do it again. read more

We love Larosas pizza, but the delivery quality of the pizza is horrible. The last three times we had it delivered the pizza was not cooked all the way through and we even requested to have it well done. The restaurant itself eating in is fine. No issues there. Went to larosa's Fairfield location my wife ordered the Jojo salad with grilled chicken, got it and it had fried chicken on it (my wife is gluten intolerant) took it back they said that was their grilled chicken . My wife has had the same salad from the location near her work and the chicken was actually grilled. Called corporate and they said they would look in to the problem, they gave me a credit but we probably will never use it at least not at the Fairfield location. My poor review is based in delivery. I used go here for lunch at least once a week, and have gone a few times for dinner. The food quality was outstanding every time. Lunch service was incredible; dinner service was adequate. The delivery, though, was atrocious. Just take a look at the pictures. We ordered the Pepperoni Double Topper, a regular menu item, with light sauce. You see what we got---uneven dough slathered with extra sauce, with 2 lbs of half-cooked meat dumped on top. It seems like this location doesn't want to deliver, so they're sabotaging the orders. That's the only logical explanation for such poor quality. read more
