As much as I do like their pizzas, I typically decide to order here because of their delicious chocolate chip cookies. They are so thick and rich!! This time however, I decided to order their Chicken Alfredo Ziti. It was pretty good but the breadsticks were a bit lackluster for me. Not much on flavor in my opinion but definitely not the worst. Father in law ordered and I had a calzone it was good. We went bc my wife wanted to try the vegan cheese calzone which I was told was good.

I went here with my family for lunch, and our waitress Lizzy, did an absolute amazing job serving us, the cheesecake bites were so delicious. She was very quick with our food and overall very sweet. I would definitely recommend this place, and if you could, ask for Lizzy! read more

Ordered ahead and scheduled pick up for 7:50. I got there at 7:50 and didn't receive my food until 8:05 because the pizza was still in the oven. The guy at the desk offered me a free 2 liter since I had to wait so long. Then when I got home I found out I did not get my marinara sauce or garlic sauce for my cheese bread. I took my wife here (she's not from the area) during a trip back home, and in her own words, "I'm not sure why you like that place. It's not very good." Well, I grew up with LaRosas, and I love it anyway, so fair warning. They've recently started selling some cheap junk 'Rondos' which are rolled up dough with a tiny bit of meat in them, and I don't recommend them. But their pizza, calzones, and even their salads are top notch, in my humble opinion. Service is always fast, food is always good. read more

My local La Rosa's. A local Cincinnati pizza chain, La Rosa's has some great menu items and great service. My favorite entree is the custom calzone, and I fill it with different items from order to order. The hoagies are pretty good, and the fish sandwich is a real treat. I know these are not pizza items, but what can I say, it's a great menu. If you're into salads, I definitely recommend the BLT salad. It's a fairly large salad, and the flavor is awesome. Only real complaint I've ever considered for this store is they are average on their delivery times. Average isn't bad. If that's the worst you can say, I'd have to say, it's a pretty good place to eat. read more

I was about to go order some pizza from my favorite restaurant when I noticed the reviews, The reviews here are such an understatement as to what a good restaurant this place really is. The sauce is amazing, the food is amazing and I've never had a bad experience with the staff. I wouldn't be writing this if it didn't have a three star because I normally don't write reviews on anything but I have to back up my local pizza place. I have been a waitress and bartender for years and I have never experienced such poor service at a restaurant. The night manager is rude and incompetent and the waitresses are poorly trained. So while visiting family in the area are here. Service was good and the food didn't disappoint. But the reason for the review tonight is for what happened after we ate. When we went outside to our car our battery died. While waiting for AAA my daughter had to go to the bathroom. When I went inside and told them we were having car trouble they asked if we needed help. At the time we didn't. Then the young man came out again and asked if we needed a jump. So we asked if he had cables he said yes. So him and a coworker came out and gave us a jump which started our car. So your employees were nice enough to check on us a couple of times and then came to help. So great job on hiring a great staff who thought about others. read more

Ordered take out last night. Very disappointed, especially after we had read so many good reviews. We ordered 2 large pizzas. One was with tomatoes and garlic. The other was with pepperoni & sausage. The tomato and garlic pie was completely burnt on top, the cheese was dark brown and dried out. I should note that this was ordered via the website, which then spawned the app. Instead i was charged $15.49 for no explainable reason. For that I'm quite irritated because I thought I was paying for $11.99 pizza. Come to find out I got charged $15.49 for no explainable reason and then $2.50 delivery charge (I still unclear as to the purpose of the delivery charge especially if they, to my knowledge, doesn't reimburse their drivers for mileage and using their own car). Maybe it's because I've grown up with LaRosa's, but I love their food. My husband and I had dinner at this location last night with a party of 8 for a friend's birthday. Our waitress was lovely and friendly. Our drinks and appetizer came out quickly -- the pepperoni rondos are nothing special really, but they taste SO good. I had a 3 cheese calzone with pepperoni, green peppers, and mushrooms. It's my go-to choice. The calzones here are delicious. The bread is always seasoned and just right - the filling inside is plentiful. I can also recommend their fish sandwich if you're not into italian. But, their pizza is amazing. I've never had bad food at LaRosa's. I don't know what they put in their salads, but even just a house salad is fantastic. It's a lot of quality food for the price you pay. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have had take out from this location a lot of times over the years and I've never been disappointed. read more

I ordered my usual when going to places like this. A half pepperoni, half black olive. You would think that this wouldn't be too challenging of an order for them (Considering my girlfriend is vegetarian, she can't eat meat). Not only did the order come out as both toppings on all sides but by the time it got to us, the food was cold. We tried to express our dissatisfaction to the waitress but she just wasn't having it (I assume she was new since I hadn't seen her here the last time I visited Ohio(about a month ago). She was not only nasty but she also refused to assist us. After this we asked for the check, wanting to get out of there as soon as possible. Considering how rude the employee was, it was a fair guess that the manager who hired her would be just as nasty.
