I have ordered from Mt.Orab Larosa's for years!! Yesterday I ordered and received food. The food was terrible!! I ordered a fried fish dinner for my husband. When he got ready to eat it ... it was cold, had no bun or bread, fries thrown out, and breaded fish was terrible. So, I ordered me a salad. My oh my... never ever again!! All lettuce and little anything else. I would like to know- A- how can I get the food replaced ? B- find a way to receive HOT FOOD, C- get food delivered without a problem, and D- get the EXTRA TARTER SAUCE I requested and paid for!!! Mom and I stopped into grab dinner for the family, Girls sat around in the front chuckling while we sit and wait with no other details as to when it would be done. People of the Nati we all know about LaRosa's pizza and that the many locations all do it very similar. But for consistency this location does it very well every time. With the recent covid issues they took the opportunity to remodel. The location is trendy, bright and just has a whole open inviting view. Even the restrooms have been upgraded and are stylish. Only thing where did the old menus go that were in the men's room? Classic and entertaining to review when doing your buisness.. lol!! I know TMI.. Now a shout out to the fabulous girl Lacey this young lady has perfected the skill of the perfect draft pour. We watched as we sat near the bar that beer after beer was poured perfectly. Placed an online order that stated it would be ready in about 15 minutes. Get there ten minutes later and I expect I'll have to wait a little longer, but not 40 mins. Countless other carry out orders came and went while I'm still waiting. Then I hear "this one's been sitting back there awhile". I finally get both pizzas, one is cold as hell and the other it wrong. I go in to correct it and they say "just give us 5 minutes and we will have a new one". Then another 20 minutes goes by. No attempt to balm the situation when I finally get the new pizza. I have a dairy allergy and this is the ONLY LaRosa's that won't put the dairy free cheese in the calzone. It's literally the cooks that won't do it. Amelia and Anderson will. Just not Mt Orab. Went today for lunch and had Isaac! He was amazing! We am a lot on a good day and today was a bad day for me and he did everything so well. They sent my food back to be cut up more and were so sweet about it! Our food was hot and made to order. I do wish LaRosa's would double the size of them garlic fries! Order was fine. But curbside results in standing closely with 20 employees and at least 15 other waiting customers. They say short staffed and busy. Thats laughably false. If theyre that busy then hire enough help to run curbside. Five girls at least packed behind the counter frantically searching for orders. Stopped in for lunch at LaRosa's in Mt Orab on our way from Portsmouth Oh to Cincy area. It had been 2 years since we had been to a LaRosa's since not visiting from Texas due to the coronavirus. We sat at the bar and ordered a beer which was ice cold and they had a draft beer from a local brewery which was great. I ordered a small traditional thin crust pizza with mushrooms, jalapeños, extra cheese and pepperoni. It was delicious! My husband ordered a small Buddy Deluxe, he said it was also delicious. There was not much talking when the food arrived. I also ordered the spaghetti with a huge meatball. It came with a salad and garlic bread. It was awesome!! The staff was friendly and everyone wore masks unless they were sitting. Customers were placed 6 feet away from each other for social distancing and the floor was even marked off on were you needed to stand. The pizzeria and restroom were spotless. I felt very safe there with the pandemic still going on. Recommend, and I sure do miss LaRosa's since moving to Texas. read more

We were very impressed with this location. When we arrived we waited about 10-15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. However without even complaining the manager, Steve, came over to apologize and make things right by offering us a discount on our meal. The meal was out very quickly and tasted delicious. Our waitress was very on top of things and apologetic. With the lack of customer service these days we were very happy with our experience. read more

I've eaten from this LaRosa's twice, and each time its always been really good, least to me personally. also LaRosa's pizza is one the best pizzas to have as leftovers. Top notch quality pizza, usually always made pretty quickly, no issues, no complaints. LaRosa's is definitely up there in my favorite pizza places. read more

We have used this store way too many times only to be unsatisfied. You ask them to make your bun crunchy on the hoagies and for some reason it does not happen. We ask for crunchy fries and crunchy crusted pizzas and we are willing to wait longer and it still does not happen. My orders are 30-45.00 dollars everytime and I have to cook our food when it gets here!! I guess I will have to stop using them again b/c they cannot read the writing on my orders. Larosas is cincinnati version of pizza Hut. If your from cincinnati you probably grew up eating it, and love it. If your from new York or Chicago this pizza is nasty. Probably the best pizza in town, certainly the biggest and fanciest of the local choices. The positives are that the food is most generally good, they do slip up every now and then and you get a burnt calzone, but who doesn't make mistakes. the cons are all service related. If they are short staffed, instead of seating you and getting you beverages and just explaining that the servers are overwhelmed and it will be a few minutes, they keep you at the front door like they have a full dining room and no where to seat you. And then, if you are really lucky, the server that ends up being yours will come up and talk to the people who came in behind you for next 10 minutes while you are still waiting to be seated. Finally once you get seated and find out who your server is, she takes your drink order and then goes and spends the next 7 minutes or so talking to her friends who were in line behind you instead of actually delivering the drinks or seeing if you want an appetizer. Thankfully the manager walks by 3 times during this and doesn't even acknowledge our existence, so that was helpful. In all seriousness there are some great servers, Emily is one of them, friendly, happy, genuinely engaging, they just need more of her. Tim and the rest of the management team are all pretty friendly, they just need to supervise their front of the house staff a little closer, that is the only reason we go once every few months instead of once ever couple of weeks. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Hope to see the service issues corrected. read more
