Wesley is a very supportive, encouraging and positive trainer. We enjoyed his personal training plan a lot. Thank you for taking care of us!

I can't recommend Tuf Conditioning highly enough !…read more I have been a client of Trevor at Tuf Conditioning since November 2020. One of the best investments I have made. Trevor is great to work with, spends the time to know his clients and their goals and tailors the program based on your needs. Plus, this is a smaller not-chain gym, owned by Trevor only. So you will always get personalized attention and training. Though small, his gym has all the equipment you can possibly need for a good workout. He keeps track of the workouts each week, all you need to do is show up and enjoy. The routines are varying, and interesting so you never get bored. Most importantly, Trevor knows what he is doing. Trust him, and trust the process, and you WILL reach your goals. Thank you, Trevor !

He is a 24/7 support system who will do anything he can to help you out. He helped me lose a significant amount of fat and start feeling confident in myself. He never once made me feel judged and insecure. I can be annoying sometimes in the sense that I can cancel last minute or reschedule often simply because my work life is hectic lately but he was always reassuring that he will help me whatever the situation will be. You have to go to him! Best trainer out there and affordable plans!!

They incorporate both weights and cardio for a total body workout. It's kind of like cross-fit but the workout is the actual full hour (rather than 20 minutes). If I were to offer one suggestion, although they give you time to stretch before and after the workout, it would be nice to be able to take a yoga / flexibility / stretching class as part of the membership there. Maybe like a once a week yoga class. They also have an easy to use app to check in to classes but they don't fill up so you don't need to reserve your spot well in advance. Most of the times I check in on the app on the way to the gym. It's a supportive environment and both Mike & Pasquale know everyone's name. I would have gotten a membership after my groupon expired but I'm moving out of state. But I highly encourage anyone to give it a try!

I've only been going to Ideal for a few weeks but the trainers make each workout intense and worth your time and money. Ideal also has a community feel to it. A lot of the folks that workout here seem to get to know one another which can make the workout a lot more fun and challenging in my opinion. During the work out, you'll probably hate Mike and/or Pasquale. They challenge you and may even yell a little (not in mean way). Their boot camps consist of TRX, rowing, weightlifting, body weights, cardio (running, jumping, etc), free weights, outside activities, etc. Moreover, there are many different rotations of workouts they'll go through within the hour which makes it helpful to get a full-body workout. You'll definitely leave exhausted but happy you came. I also noticed that they tend to use the entire hour. Some places I've gone to only have you workout for about 45-50 min, however the guys at Ideal use the entire 60 min. You really get a good workout in that time. I've started at Ideal by using their Groupon deal but will definitely continue afterwards. This is one of the few boot-camp places that offer unlimited monthly boot-camps and for a price that I think is worth it. I can't recommend this place enough. I love it.

We were taught an array of moves on the pole and then moved onto a full chair dance routine. The women in our party ranged in age from their early 20's to late 50's -- and everyone had a blast! I can't say enough good things about our experience. As for the regular classes, I took a class here about a year ago and really enjoyed myself. Unfortunately, I don't live in the area or else Sweat Like A Girl would be my full-time workout studio.

I attended my first class at Sweat Like A Girl about two years ago. I was still pretty new to…read moreexercise with a ton of weight to lose, and very little idea where to get started. I quickly became tired of the elliptical, tired of the treadmill, and the only thing I knew for sure was that if my workouts continued to feel like chores, I'd never stick with them. I tried the Fight Club class after checking out classes at a few other gyms, and I was instantly hooked. It was first time I realized I could have a good time working out. It took me a while to try out some of the other classes, but now, SuperGirl is my favorite. It's always something different, but consistently keeps me working hard. But the really surprising thing was, it didn't take me long to feel comfortable there. Heather, the owner of the gym who also happens to be the main instructor for many classes, is equally a motivator, an entertainer, and a hardcore fitness instructor. I start out each class feeling scared for the intensity i know is about to be inflicted upon my body, and psyched, in the same was anybody is before they are about to do something they know is going to be completely fun and rewarding. Any class with Heather usually includes a stand-up routine at no extra charge. And not surprisingly, smiling and laughing a lot while you're sweating like crazy, definitely takes the pressure off. Actually, all the instructors are pretty cool, care about your success, and will give you a great workout. I've met a lot of people at this gym, and the pervasive attitude is one of support, non-judgement, and willingness to help each other out. The whole environment is pretty cool, and rare. There's something for everybody, whether your idea of fitness involves flipping tires, interval training, running, dancing, pole, or kicking and punching. And the price is definitely right.

On most of the machines, the weight labels have worn off, so you don't know how much weight you're using. The women's locker room is also appalling. NONE of the toilet stalls can be latched. NONE! The interior keeps with this theme. The best feature of the club is the indoor tennis facilities, which are kept up very nicely. If it wasn't for the excellent condition of the tennis courts, I'd rate it 2 stars. There is a pro shop, where you can get racquets restrung, buy balls, racquets, clothing, shoes, etc. The gym... is ancient. Some of the workout machines are so old they look like medieval torture devices. I kid you not. This place is also popular because they have several racquetball courts. Unfortunately, several of the courts are open at the rear wall or the upper sides. It can be frustrating when your game is interrupted by your ball leaving the court and bouncing into the gym or a neighboring court. They are one of the only places around that allow you to pay-to-play, rather than have a membership, so I still use the place often. The locker room reminds me of a 1960s high school. I won't shower here, and the thought of using the hot tub is laughable. The staff has always been helpful, and very nice. This could be an excellent place if they invested in modernizing.
